Jessica Alves showed off the results of her latest facelift as she left a clinic in Turkey on Friday.
The TV personality, 42, went under the knife last year after she said dissolving dermal fillers left her with so much excess loose skin around her face that she could ‘pinch and pull away four inches of skin’.
Now, the Brazilian-British star was spotted leaving Trio Clinic in Istanbul following another facelift procedure by Dr Orman Cagdas.
Stepping out wearing a bandage on her face, the star sported a stylish figure in a fitted black midaxi dress.
The star, who took out her hair extensions for the surgery, toted her belongings in a Chanel bag and carried a pair of matching sunglasses.
Over the past year, Jessica has stepped back from her usual television commitments in the USA, UK, and EU to focus on more personal pursuits.

Over the past year, Jessica has stepped back from her usual television commitments in the USA, UK, and EU to focus on more personal pursuits.
She is currently writing a book chronicling her extraordinary life story and dedicating more time to her relationship with her German partner.
Jessica also recently took to Facebook to update her followers about the ongoing issue with her Instagram account, which has been taken down ‘without notice or explanation’.
In her post, she explained that she is taking legal action against Meta, who are currently investigating the matter internally to determine the cause of the issue.
She penned: ‘This year, I’ve been dealing with a very stressful situation on Instagram.
‘Unfortunately, I’ve been targeted by people creating multiple fake accounts using my name and photos.
‘Despite my efforts to report those fake profiles, my official verified Instagram account with 7 million followers has been wrongfully taken down.
‘I want to reassure everyone that I am taking legal action against Meta, who are now running a full scan and internal investigation on my page to determine who caused these issues.
