Made In Chelsea star Olivia Bentley has spoken out about the societal pressures to get married and have children.
The 28-year-old explained that there should be no pressure on having a family and not wanting a family should be normalised.
Olivia admitted she wanted ‘loads of kids’ and ‘the married life’ when she was younger however now her priorities have shifted to her career.
The reality TV star also clarified that she loves seeing her friends go through precious moments such as having babies and getting married however she declared ‘I’m so far from that’.
During an interview with Grazia the reality TV star said: ‘It’s so interesting, when I tell people I maybe don’t want to have kids they’re always so shocked, even when you say it out loud people are like, ‘What?’

Many people in Olivia’s circle are going through the milestones society expects.
Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo tied the knot in April, with a behind the scenes podcast called Nearlyweds where the couple shared their wedding plans with listeners.
In June Tiffany Watson gave birth to her first child, Jude, with husband Cameron McGeehan.
The pair were hitched in May 2022 after dating for two years.
Last month Tiffany’s older sister Lucy announced her and husband James Dunmore were expecting their first child.
Olivia was quick to confirm that her recent feelings are nothing to do with her breakup with Tristan Phipps.
She said: ‘All my friends are having babies at the moment, and I love seeing them with their kids but for me, I’m so far from that.
‘I can’t even see that happening to me in the next five years – and I don’t think that’s because of my breakup with Tristan’.

Tristan, 27, and Olivia had a rocky relationship as they navigated multiple on again, off again moments since dating in 2020 with their most recent break up falling in May.
Olivia admitted that when she was younger she wanted loads of kids and the typical married life plus ‘all that sort of stuff’.
However since then Olivia’s priorities have shifted to become more career focused in order to develop her lates business project JOMO London.
JOMO stands for the Joy Of Missing Out with the company’s core focus being wellbeing and taking care of one’s self.
Olivia sparked new romance rumours with a recent Instagram post which showed herself and ‘lover’ Hugo MacKenzie-Wood snuggled up with each other.

The snap was shared with the caption ‘hey hey lover’ alongside a white heart emoji.
The pair appeared to be very cosy together whilst they film the new series of Made In Chelsea in Australia.
Olivia did admit that if the right person came around then she would happily welcome a family, but for right now it’s a definite no from the reality TV star.
She explained how there shouldn’t be a pressure to hit these particular milestones, whether at a set time or at all, and that not wanting a family should be a normalised feeling.
