A stunning Sydney property, used as an Aussie hideaway for Hollywood star Rachel McAdams, has hit the market.
The Notebook star, 46, was using the secluded four-bedroom Woollahra home as her Down Under base while filming the Sam Raimi-directed horror Send Help.
Now, the Palm-Springs-style home has hit the market with price expectations at the $16million mark.
The property is currently owned by Natasha Stanley and Kingsley Smith, who own well-known Sydney pub The London Hotel and Bondi eatery China Diner.
The couple purchased the property back in 2018 for $6.55million in an off-market deal, according to the Wentworth Courier.
They have enlisted Alex Lyons of Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach and Maclay Longhurst of Sotheby’s International Realty Sydney to drum up interest in the luxe abode.

‘The way it’s finished is incredible,’ Lyons said.
‘Then there’s the privacy down a long driveway, and that’s evidently why Rachel and other celebrities have chosen to stay at the home.
‘It’s just so cool, and located right in the middle of Woollahra.’
Set on a 936-square-metre block, the lavishhome boasts a glamorous design by renowned architect Iain Halliday.
Built in 1959, the house retains much of its original charm as well as a raft of modern inclusions.
The two-storey home boasts an open-plan living and dining area complete with a double-height ceiling.
The airy space opens on to both a private balcony and patio.
The rose terrazzo and Carrara marble kitchen features an island bench, a butler’s pantry and quality inclusions like Wolf appliances and two Miele dishwashers.

Three bedrooms located upstairs all feature built-in wardrobes and ensuites, along with a fourth guest bedroom downstairs.
An adjacent multipurpose rumpus room opens to the pool terrace and a 13-metre heated pool surrounded by established tropical gardens.
The house also has five bathrooms, all with toe-warming underfloor heating, and there is also ducted air-conditioning throughout.
Security-conscious buyers need not worry as the property also boasts a back-to-base alarm system, driveway sensors, video intercom and a Control4 smart home system.
Rachel was no doubt enjoying the luxe property while Down Under filming Send Help.
The horror flick will be the first time Rachel has collaborated with director Sam Raimi since 2022’s Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness.
According to Deadline, the upcoming movie has been described as a ‘two-hander horror-thriller set on an island’ and is ‘somewhere between Rob Reiner’s Stephen King adaptation Misery and Robert Zemeckis’ classic Castaway.’
Rachel previously opened up about working with Raimi and told Collider in a past interview in 2022

‘I love Sam so much. He’s just such a pro, but he’s so humble and so collaborative,’ she said.
‘He’s the nicest man. It’s always those ones that do the horror films that are so nice. It’s so strange.’
The About Time actress added, ‘Like Wes Craven, same thing. Nice, he’s most soft spoken person.
‘And then they just exercise it all on the screen, which is the best place to do it…’
The film will also star Dylan O’Brien, Dennis Haysbery and, curiously Married At First Sight star Ryan Donnelly.
The film’s US release is slated for January 30, 2026.
