The GOOP founder was inside the gray-and-white bathroom of her Montecito, California mansion as she wore a fluffy white robe.
The 53-year-old diva from Los Angeles listed the six things she does every morning in her bathroom right after she wakes up.
Not on the list are showering, brushing her teeth or using the toilet which is what most Americans do after turning off their alarm.
The clip is essentially an ad for her GOOP products.
The first thing the Oscar-winning actress does is use a copper tongue scraper; the benefits are oral hygiene by reducing bacteria and bad breath, enhanced taste sensitivity, and potential benefits for overall health, such as reduced inflammation and a lower bacterial load in the body.

Next the blonde stuffs a packet in her mouth which she said is for ‘oil pulling.’
Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice of swishing edible oil in the mouth for up to 20 minutes to improve oral hygiene.
Then she washes her face with a GOOP cleanser which she says smells nice.
The ex of Brad Pitt follows that up with using a Peptide Serum from GOOP which she says gives her a ‘glow.’
Peptide serum is a skincare product that contains peptides, which are short chains of amino acids. These amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, such as collagen and elastin, that are essential for maintaining healthy and youthful-looking skin.
After that, the daughter of actress Blythe Danner rubs on an ‘all-in-one moisturizer’ which she says she loves because it is ‘rich’ which helps her ‘dry skin.’

The 21-year-old daughter of Gwyneth, 53, and her ex-husband Chris Martin has opened up about how she has been influenced by her famous mother’s approach to style.
She told Vogue magazine: ‘She’s such a badass when it comes to fashion and has just done what she wants and doesn’t really care.
‘I feel like I’m finally getting to the place where I don’t really care what people think. She influenced me.’
Meanwhile, the Goop founder recalled now she ‘started saving clothes’ for her daughter around 15 or 20 years ‘before she was born’.

The Iron man actress added: ‘Sometimes we just play dress up and she’ll put on my Oscar dresses and stuff like that. We have fun down there.’

The pair have joined forces for the first time in a campaign for GapStudio’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection.
In a press release, Gap Inc. EVP and creative director Zac Prosen praised the way the mother and daughter duo ‘reflect how clothing moves through time, borrowed, reinterpreted, and made personal’.
Gwyneth – who also has son Moses, 19, with her Coldplay singer ex – is glad her daughter has developed her own style.
She added to Vogue: ‘I’ve just watched her style develop and evolve, she’s got a very strong sense of personal style.
‘She knows how much I love her for exactly who she is. The best advice would just be to unabashedly be herself.’
