Scott van-der-Sluis and Catherine Agbaje left fans in delight after they reunited over a ‘catch-up’ on Tuesday night.
The former footballer, 22, and the Dublin native, also 22, shocked fans when they went on an Instagram live together on Catherine’s account.
The Love Islanders were a solid couple before this year’s Casa Amor but she returned from her time apart from Scott with bombshell Elom Ahlijah-Wilson, leaving Scott fighting back tears and their union in tatters.
Fans of the former couple gushed to X, formerly known as Twitter, in joy of their reconcile, with some believing the pair’s chemistry is ‘undeniable’.
Some wrote: ‘I’m so happy to see Scott and Catherine together again, with good vibes between them!’

In August, despite their relationship ending on the ITV show, Scott and Catherine ‘left the reunion together in a taxi’.
After refusing to deny the romance at the time, Catherine and her rumoured love interest Scott were all smiles as they arrived at the after party together after a dramatic reunion episode.
A fan, who was watching live in the studio, revealed how close the pair were. She wrote on Twitter: ‘Guys I was at the reunion tonight and can confirm Scott and Catherine left in the same taxi, laughing away, with Elom in the back.’
After Catherine and Elom decided to split and remain friends soon after they returned to the UK following their villa dumping, Scott and Catherine were said to have slid into each other’s DMs.

Less than a month after leaving the show fans were shocked to see Scott pop up on Love Island USA, but his stint was short lived and he was dumped after just five days.
Now Scott is signed up for another TV stint, Love Island Games, which brings together former Islanders from the UK, US and Australian series for a second shot at love and to compete to be crowned the champion.
The full line-up for Love Island Games was unveiled earlier this month, with Scott as one of the nine British stars to appear on the show.
And in the wake of the big reveal of the cast, comprising a slew of stars from previous series, fans have reveled in the potential awkwardness of the reunion between Islanders from earlier seasons.
Leading the way in the awkward stakes is undoubtedly Eyal Booker and Megan Barton Hanson, who appeared on 2018’s fourth season, after their brief union and romps ended in tears and a fractious exchange.
Following their departure from the villa, the showbiz world was rocked when A-lister Scott Disick sent Megan an acerbic message about her treatment of her co-star – in which he insisted she ‘took advantage of his vulnerability’.
From the same season are former stars Jack Fowler and Georgia Steel, who shared a kiss which culminated in one of the biggest dramas of the season, while social media host Maura Higgins, of series five fame, will reunite with ex Curtis Pritchard.
Love Island Games is set to make its debut on November 1 with Maura Higgins as host. Episodes will stream six days a week on Peacock, Sky TV and NOW TV.
