The British actress, 37 – who shares a three-year daughter Juno Rose Diana with the Dawson’s Creek star, 45 – filed for divorce and cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split, reports TMZ.
The pair enjoyed a famously whirlwind romance after first meeting at Usher’s 40th birthday party in October 2018, getting engaged just months later during a New Year’s trip to Nicaragua.
Smith fell pregnant the following year with the pair welcoming their only child in April 2020.

The pair first sparked romance rumors when they were seen ‘all over each other’ at Usher’s 40th birthday party at LA’s Delilah on October 14, 2018.
An insider told US Weekly at the time: ‘They were all over each other. Super smitten and gazing into each other’s eyes as they danced together their whole night.’
Smith has previously revealed their romance started as a one-night stand.
In 2021 she made an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers and joked about how despite getting off to a quick start, their relationship was still going strong.
