Tammy Hembrow hit the water for a scuba lesson on Tuesday.
The fitness influencer, 31, who is believed to be preparing for her new reality series, called Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters, was surrounded by a team as she took a dive on the Gold Coast.
Slipping out of her wetsuit after the swim, Tammy revealed her skimpy blue bikini, which she nearly fell out of as she disembarked from a small boat.
Soaking wet, Tammy wrapped herself in a towel following her dive, and was seen walking on a jetty, taking a call on her speakerphone.
Tammy appeared to have on minimal makeup for the outing and wore her blonde hair down, with a floral hair clip pinned to her bikini top.
She had earlier arrived in a white crop top and blue denim shorts as well as a pair of black mules.

Tammy will be starring in a new reality TV series in 2026, according to insiders from the Channel Nine Upfronts event last week.
She is rumoured to be a celebrity participant on the Australian spin-off of the UK series Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters.
With the show set to air next year, the Gold Coast star’s name was said to be floated at the Upfronts as a potential candidate for the series, reported Herald Sun.
Tammy is believed to be the latest celebrity to sign on to the bizarre new reality series, with The Block host Scott Cam also included in the line-up.
Announced at Nine’s Upfronts, the hair-raising format will be filmed in the notoriously shark-infested waters of the Bahamas.
Scott will be joined by Ariarne Titmus, who announced her retirement from swimming on Thursday, alongside four other unnamed celebrities.
Contestants will face a set of ‘challenges’ that will bring them head-to-head with predators of the deep.
The series will be hosted by former Navy diver Paul de Gelder, who survived an attack by a bull shark in Sydney Harbour in 2009.

Paul will guide the stars through ‘shark challenges’ that, according to the synopsis, ‘escalate in intensity’ with each episode.
These will include swimming in a protective cage and progressing to an open sea swim, where the contestants will share the waters with ‘one of the most aggressive of all sharks’.
It comes after Tammy was called out by fans after claiming she has never dated while announcing her new partnership with Tinder.
‘I am officially in my new dating era and, yes, I’m on Tinder looking for my next crush,’ she began in the Instagram clip.
‘My dating life always seems to make headlines but you’re hearing it first. I’m officially putting myself back out there.’
Seemingly hinting at her brief fling with Bailey Smith, Tammy added: ‘Honestly, I feel like everyone thinks dating has to be so serious, it’s supposed to be fun!
‘So I’m on Tinder to see who’s out there. Hopefully I’ll meet people who match my vibe and, if it turns into something more, even better.’
She signed off the paid advertisement with: ‘If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it. Go find your next crush on Tinder too.’

Fans took to the comments to call her out and insist Tammy is ‘always in her dating era’.
‘Girl you are permanently in your dating era,’ one wrote while another added: ‘She’s a serial dater and can’t seem to stay single.’
Tammy responded: ‘Sis I’ve never dated till now, I get proposed to in the first 5 mins and lock in.’
A resurfaced video of Tammy discussing her dating life in 2023 also proved she has openly dated in the past.
‘I’m going to talk to you guys about dating as a single mum,’ she told fans at the time.
‘I have somewhat dabbled in the dating world since being a single mum and let me tell you, I was not ready for it.
‘I don’t have time for it and my kids are so young still so I just want to focus on them.’
