Roxy Jacenko has shared a sneak peek at renovations of her $45,000 per month apartment in Singapore.
Roxy, who has managed to secure an apartment in the city’s prestigious Ardmore Residence, shared a photo to Instagram on Wednesday.
The PR queen had about five workmen laying new floors in the incredible apartment, with work taking place in the home.
Sydney’s stylish white couch and nautical style pillows could be seen in the gorgeous sunroom of the apartment.
‘All systems go at the condo today,’ Roxy captioned the photo.

Roxy secured a palatial four-bedroom apartment in the building, after selling her Sydney mansion for $16million.
The socialite is yet to move into the exclusive apartment with her believed to be staying at the city’s Capella residences while the apartment is readied.
The Ardmore’s 36-storey tower, just a short walk from Orchard Road entertainment precinct, was designed by renowned architect, Ben van Berkel.
The apartments feature a seamless flow of living and dining areas along with a well-shaded, double-height balcony, perfect for entertaining.

The home features four bedrooms with each having an en suite bathroom, ensuring enough space for husband Oliver and kids Hunter, nine, and Pixie, 12.
In addition to panoramic views of the city, the well-appointed home features an open plan kitchen, along with V-Zug appliances and a Liebherr refrigerator.
The home has luxurious travertine marble in the living and dining areas along with gorgeous oak flooring in the bedrooms.
The exclusive residence has a number of shared facilities including a 50-metre lap pool, jacuzzi, and a children’s pool.
The tower also has a gym overlooking the pool and gardens and an elegant clubhouse, used by the building’s residents.
The building is situated just a short stroll from the famed Orchid Road, a place of lively entertainment and restaurants.

Roxy and her children just relocated to the East Asian country to be with husband Oliver Curtis, leaving her beloved Sydney for good.

‘No one knows me there, no one has any preconceived idea of who or what I am, no one has any expectation, and best of all, no one actually cares!’ she told the Sydney Morning Herald.
‘In Singapore it was a matter of ‘Roxy who?’ I actually found it really refreshing and a bit liberating.’
Roxy also said she was prepared to get a divorce when her husband Oliver moved to Singapore for work.
Her marriage was previously under scrutiny after it was revealed that she’d sold her family mansion in Sydney’s Vaucluse and shut down some of her businesses after Oliver relocated to the Southeast Asian country for a job.
Roxy left Sydney for good to start her new life
Roxy later confirmed that she and Oliver didn’t split and she decided to move instead.
Speaking to The Kyle And Jackie O Show, she explained she’d argued with her 37-year-old husband about his decision to leave, noting that he’d had spent years splitting his time between Sydney and Tasmania for his previous job.
‘I basically said to Ollie, ‘look, you go to Singapore and I’ll stay here’. And he’s like, ‘well, I don’t know if that will work’. And I was like, ‘well, it’s worked for the last five years’,’ she said.
Roxy recalled how Oliver told her he needed to be a resident of Singapore for the sake of his job and personal finances.

‘I was like, ‘Ok, well then what’s my option?’ He goes, ‘oh, we have to get divorced’.’
Surprisingly, Roxy said she was perfectly content with ending her marriage then and there.
‘I’m good with that. So just give me the paperwork, I’ll sign the paperwork we can get divorced. You do your job there and I’ll stay here. And we’ll visit’,’ she said.
However Roxy eventually decided against ending the marriage and agreed to move the whole family to Singapore for the sake of Pixie and Hunter.
‘It’s time. They need a dad around, and because he’s never here… like, he comes [back home to Sydney] like two days at a time,’ she explained at the time.
She also blamed her long-distance relationship with Oliver as the reason why she constantly spoils her children with lavish gifts, claiming she struggles to tell her kids ‘no’ when he isn’t around.
Roxy later joked that Oliver ‘probably has a wife in each port’, adding: ‘But hey, whatever, it’s 2023.’
