Shahs Of Sunset star Mercedes ‘MJ’ Javid has filed for divorce from her husband of seven years, Tommy Feight.
The 53-year-old reality TV standout filed the documents in Los Angeles on Friday evening citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, according to TMZ.
The raven-haired personality from Tehran claimed the date of separation was October 17.
They have one child together: Shams, who is six years old. MJ is asking for sole physical and legal custody but is open to a visitation schedule for Tommy.
A hearing in the divorce has been scheduled for December 18.
The Iran native’s hit show Shahs Of Sunset aired for nine seasons from 2012 until 2021. Next the looker appeared on The Valley: Persian Style (2012). Javid was last on the series The Traitors.

The couple met on Tinder in 2015, became engaged in 2016 and then tied the knot in April 2018 in Los Angeles.
Before she got married she talked about her relationship with Tommy.
‘We got engaged a year in and then we went through a lot of ups and downs with family and just a lot of life curveballs,’ she said.
‘My dad took a turn for his health … and Tommy and I moved in together. All of these stressful things just made our bond even tighter and when you have so many important life things happening, you don’t pick fights with each other. You just want to stay sane and have as much gratitude and support for one another.
‘That makes me even more excited to be engaged and planning a wedding,’ she added.
Their engagement and wedding were featured on her Bravo show Shahs of Sunset.
The beauty wore custom gown by dress designer Pedram as she also asked for ‘mega cleavage’. She said, ‘I want to feel pretty.’
Her mother was seen slamming her makeup, saying she looked Chinese. ‘Vida will be Vida,’ said man of honor Reza Farahan, as Vida openly criticized the makeup artist.
