Stacey Solomon beams in a stylish ski suit as she shares sweet family snaps from lavish getaway on the slopes and gushes they made the ‘best memories’

Stacey Solomon couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she shared a collection of sweet family snaps from her recent ski holiday on Sunday. 

The TV star, 35, looked stylish in a £475 black and white hounds tooth ski suit from My Sunday Ski while her husband Joe Swash opted for a very quirky colourful attire. 

Sharing a round up of snaps ahead of the back to school reality on Monday, the mother of five gushed that the family had made the ‘best memories’ during the half term break. 

The family enjoyed a trip to Villars-sur-Ollon in Switzerland, as the star took to her Instagram Story to explain they chose the resort as the mountain was perfect for her youngest children, Rex, five, Rose, three, and Belle, two.

Gushing in the caption, Stacey penned: ‘The family who ski together – probably won’t talk to each other for a few weeks now. I’m joking (but not) it’s been the most special, tiring, adrenaline pumping, crazy week. 

‘I can honestly say everyone is exhausted but the BEST memories have been made. So grateful to have been able to take my pickles skiing’.

Stacey joined forces with her sister Jemma and her family as well as her brother Matthew and his brood who live over in Switzerland. 

She continued: ‘And seeing my brother has been so lovely. I miss him so so much since he moved here. 

‘I’m so proud of the kids & how they powered through & became so so confident on the slopes. What a special week. Time to go home now & try to rest up before school on Monday 

‘P.S I ended up loving joes suit more than he did I could see him a mile off which I LOVED! but he was too shy to wear it’.

Sharing details on the holiday in a Q&A with her fans, Stacey explained they all stayed in a lodge together to try and keep the costs down as much as possible. 

They also opted for homemade sandwiches each day and cooked dinner in their accommodation to curb the costs of eating out. 

She wrote: ‘Switzerland in general I think is super expensive so we just made all of our food apart from two meals we had out and stayed in the lodge together which was so much fun, I actually prefer it to a hotel’. 

The holiday comes after MailOnline revealed the ITV favourite is planning to head Stateside.

The star and mother of five is in talks to launch her hugely popular hair brand in the US following its success in the UK. 

‘Stacey and her business partners at REHAB Your Hair are in advanced talks with US retailers & launching REHAB Your Hair stateside in the near future,’ a source told MailOnline.

‘This follows their UK retail expansion in Boots and Selfridges this week alone.’

‘When I invested nearly two years ago, I hoped we’d hit huge milestones like this, but you never really know,’ an excited Stacey told MailOnline on Thursday.

‘Seeing our brand grow and having places like Boots notice us is just AMAZING.’

Gushing about her launch in UK highstreet brand Boots this week, the star added: ‘Today has been a dream come true. There’s nothing more I love than meeting our customers and hearing about what they think we should do next!’

‘The biggest thank you to every single person who has supported us over the years. You’re the reason we’re here today.’

Stacey’s involvement in REHAB Your Hair marks the first time she has ever invested her own money in a business.
