Married At First Sight UK viewers slammed participant Peggy for ‘disrespecting’ partner Geroges after she discussed his favourite sex act on Monday’s show.
The blonde, 32, openly shared her husband’s love of ‘rimming’ with her mother and sister during an awkward catch up, leaving fans at home horrofied.
Viewers were even more annoyed when Peggy later played it coy and refused to explain the exact mechanics of the x-rated deed to her poor oblivious mother, despite brining up the subject in the first place.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan said: ‘Why is Peggy telling her family publicly what her husband likes in the bedroom, no respect’.
While a second wrote: ‘How can Peggy uphold her facade of being prim and proper when she is willing to sit there and discuss her husband’s preference for rimming in front of her “mummy”. Sublime to ridiculous comes to mind’.
X-rated: Married At First Sight UK viewers slammed participant Peggy (C) for ‘disrespecting’ partner Geroges after she discussed his favourite sex act on Monday’s show
Shocking: The blonde, 32, openly shared her husband’s love of ‘rimming’ with her mother and sister during an awkward catch up, leaving fans at home horrofied (Georges pictured)
According to the Urban Dictionary rimming is the ‘practice of orally pleasuring the anus/rectum of another by using the lips/tongue. The “rim” being the anus hence the act of “rimming”. Usually applied to those with a fetish for having their ass stimulated in such a way’.
Another viewer quipped: ‘It would be impossible for Georges to rim Peggy with that stick stuck up her ass’.
While a fourth said: ‘Why, why, why did Peggy bring up rimming in front of her Mum and THEN say “I don’t think we should explain to Mum what it is”‘
Someone else wrote: ‘How can Peggy sit there in front of her mum and tell her that her husband likes to be rimmed. I’m not a fan of Georges but that is disrespectful’.
And: ‘I’m sure declaring the rimming stuff to her mum was her breaking up with Georges because how do you look you mum in the eye in the future with him. She’s shutter every time you try to kiss her’.
A seventh declared: ‘Why are they acting like rimming is the most disturbed and repugnant act of evil??? Straight people do my head in’.
As an eighth mused: ‘It’s mad how we’re this far into the season, 1 couple are just getting married and another are arguing about rimming with the mother’.
Someone else joked that it appeared like a sketch from Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Take Away where the presenters made Peggy say the unholy words through a secret earpiece.
Fuming: Viewers were even more annoyed when Peggy later played it coy and refused to explain the exact mechanics of the x-rated deed to her poor oblivious mother, despite brining up the subject in the first place
Not happy: Viewers took to social media in their droves
Elsewhere on Monday’s show viewers were left unimpressed by new couple Matt and Adrienne, claiming they were taking the attention away from the show’s original pairings and the unfolding drama.
The latest series of the E4 reality show, where singeltons meet for the first time at the alter, has already been on screen for a number of weeks and has even seen numerous participants booted from the experiments.
But now mid way through the project Support Officer Adrienne, 26, and window cleaner Matt, 29, were introduced to viewers as they took their tentative steps to wedded bliss.
