Amelia Dimoldenberg’s Chicken Shop Date YouTube series has won viewers over due to the host’s awkwardly funny charm and quick wit.
And the star has found success in her love life now too as last week it was revealed that the 31-year-old is dating film producer and Olivia Rodrigo‘s ex-boyfriend Adam Faze.
Amelia is a huge rising star who will be hosting The Oscars next month after starting her Chicken Shop Date YouTube channel in 2014 during her first year of studying fashion communication at Central Saint Martins.
It originally started as a magazine column for her local youth club’s publication The Cut three years earlier before moving online.
She’s since gone on to interview a whole host of rappers, actors and Premier League footballers over fried chicken, while continuing to live a low-key life with her sister Zoe in London.
And via her interviews she has sparked a series of high-profile romances with the likes of Andrew Garfield and rapper Aitch.

She chose YouTube as her preferred platform because there was no paywalls, and was accessible to everyone.
Amelia was linked to actor Andrew after he appeared on her show – after they first caught eyes with a flirty exchange at the Golden Globes last year.
The pair finally sat down for an episode of her YouTube series last October where the sparks were flying just as strongly as in their previous interactions.
They had previously gone viral after several clips of them flirting while Amelia was interviewing Andrew on the red carpet caused fans to beg for them to date.
And Andrew admitted during their chat that he would’ve taken Amelia on a real date, but then crushed fans’ hopes as he added that the cameras had now ‘f****d up’ the likelihood of it happening.
Probing the Spider-Man star about their chemistry, Amelia said: ‘I think that we.. there’s something going on,’ but Andrew was quick to reply: ‘Do you actually think that or is this for the [show]?’

Amelia denied: ‘No no. I do think it’s interesting that we -‘ before Andrew interrupted her to indicate the surrounding cameras and ask: ‘If this wasn’t here do you think we’d actually go on a date?’
He continued: ‘Do you think this has f****d up the fact that we could’ve actually gone on a date at some point, maybe?’
Amelia admitted: ‘Well I don’t know,’ causing Andrew to push further and admit: ‘Okay but like take out all the practicalities and the logic. I actually believe, maybe, we could’ve. Without all of this. But it’s this…’
Amelia shot back: ‘Because you’re afraid of it’, as Andrew tried to defend: ‘I’m a very private person in my private life.’
The pair stared at each other until both suddenly broke out into giggles, as Amelia then declared: ‘I’m more private than you actually’.
A scoffing Andrew prompted: ‘Tell me. Go on, I’ll wait,’ as Amelia replied: ‘Have you ever seen me with anyone? No.’
But a smirking Andrew shot back: ‘That doesn’t mean you’re more private, that just means you’re not with anyone,’ affronting Amelia.
Fans couldn’t stop raving after watching the pair’s flirty chat and rushed to social media to beg for the pair to date in real life.
Fans had been begging for the collaboration since the viral Golden Globes interview, where the journalist, who is known for fronting the popular YouTube series, told actor: ‘We must stop meeting like this.’

Andrew broke into laughter, saying: ‘I didn’t finish my sentence! I only ever want to see you in these kinds of situations.’

Speaking about her success in the making she previously told Buzzfeed: ‘I think that’s why it’s been going on for 10 years. I still love the show, because I have creative control, and that’s all down to YouTube, really.
‘It’s such an incredible platform. Anyone with an idea can just put that idea into motion and can own it. I’m so grateful that I own the IP of my show.
‘I meet so many creators who don’t, and it means I’ve just got this freedom and this autonomy — to not have anyone tell you how you should be doing something is amazing, especially as a woman.
‘I think that’s also why the show works so well because it’s my own creative vision. That’s a very hard thing to let go of, so I like to remain authentic.’
In 2022 Amelia and Aitch were linked and finally went Instagram official after months of rumours.

Rumours first began of their speculated relationship after the Buss Down rapper started sharing glimpses of his mystery date nights with Amelia on TikTok.
The first clip he posted was captioned: ‘Went on a date, this is how it went, should I ask for a second date???’ followed by short clips of the date.
Aitch starred on Amelia’s Chicken Shop Date series in June 2019 and they subsequently kept in touch.
However after appearing on each other’s social medias for a few months things soon died down and many fans shared their thoughts that it had been a publicity stunt for Aitch’s song Baby.
Dimoldenberg and Aitch have never confirmed or denied the speculation.

Used to dating women in the limelight, Faze previously dated American Grammy Award winning singer Olivia Rodrigo in 2021 after he was spotted kissing her against a car.
But they later broke up in February 2022 after a year of dating.
