Pretty in pink, Lady Kitty Spencer brought glamour to the British Museum last night as she made a rare public appearance in London.
The eldest daughter of Charles Spencer – and the late Princess Diana’s niece – stunned in a corset gown for the inaugural British Museum Ball.
More than 800 guests attended the fundraising event, which the British Museum hopes will become London’s equivalent of the Met Gala in New York.Â
Many paid up to £2,000 a ticket to rub shoulders with the rich and famous.
Lady Kitty’s sisters, Lady Amelia and Lady Eliza, were also at the event – both dressed in rosy hues.Â
The pink dress code draws inspiration from the colours of India and is a nod to the museum’s Ancient India: Living Traditions exhibition.Â
