Kyle Sandilands’ wife Tegan Kynaston looked downcast as she stepped out in Sydney this week following her husband’s shock health diagnosis.
The radio shock jock stunned listeners on Monday when he revealed he had a brain aneurysm and requires immediate emergency brain surgery.
Tegan, who Kyle said keeps breaking down in tears since they received the news, had a pensive expression as she ran some errands on Wednesday.
Venturing out alone, the mother-of-one, 38, wore a loose-fitting white playsuit that finished at the thigh and exposing her trim and taut pins.
She left her blonde locks down for the occasion and finished off her look with a pair of chunky brown sandals.
She also accessorised with a large olive coloured bag slung over her shoulder and carried a large Missoni towel.

The outing comes as Kyle shared an update on his diagnosis with listeners on Thursday.
He revealed he was due to go and see the doctor after going off air on Thursday, admitting that if all was well he would be back in the studio on Friday.
‘If I’m conscious, I’m on air,’ he said.
He then made light of Jackie’s apparent concern for her co-star.
‘Jackie has got such a worried look,’ he said. ‘In her mind, I’m dead.’
Jackie retorted with: ‘That’s not true. I’m staying positive.’
Kyle added Jackie’s words were mere lip service and that her eyes told the true story.
‘You’re saying that out of your mouth, but your eyes are so sad every time I bring this up,’ he said.

Resident medico Dr KIIS, aka Dr Sam Hay, jumped in praising Kyle for seeking treatment early.
‘That’s one of the great things about finding these early and then going to speak to people early so that they can look at where it is, how big it is.’
Kyle jokingly replied: ‘Yeah, you want the swipe of the Medicare card.
‘We get it. That’s how you make your cash.’
Dr KIIS strongly rejected Kyle’s claims with: ‘ No, these are definitely not conditions that would fall into that, because you’ve got to be really careful.’
While revealing the news on Monday, Kyle revealed that doctors informed him he would have died if not for early detection.
He then cracked a joke about the show’s lower ratings in Melbourne.

‘If you just tuned in to us after all these years, lap it up. And if you’re in Melbourne… you’re coming to the party too late. ‘You may get your wish. I may be dead.’
The radio king then explained his condition on air.
‘It’s not a blockage. It’s like, imagine your blood vessel is the garden hose, and the garden hose is weak and it blisters out like a big bubble, you know, like a puncture in it. (It’s) like a bike tyre with a big bubble – that bubble’s the aneurysm, so it’s not blocked,’ he said.
‘It’s expanded and if it bursts, (I will become) either a vegetable, in the wheelchair, or dead.’
He revealed that his doctor had banned him from doing cocaine, having sex, masturbating, heavy lifting and becoming stressed.
Tegan, who he welcomed son Otto with in 2022, ‘bursts into tears’ every time she sees him since they got the sad news, Kyle revealed.
Kyle was absent when the show returned on Tuesday last week, and Jackie O told listeners he had vomited on himself.
‘Apparently he’s, um, projectile… he’s vomited all over himself this morning,’ she said.
He returned on air on Wednesday and Thursday, but was away sick again on Friday.
