Marcus Jordan demanded police play Mariah Carey and Christmas songs when he was arrested for cocaine possession this week, per a new report.
The 34-year-old former athlete — who is the second-born child of NBA legend Michael Jordan — was arrested for DUI and cocaine possession after he drunkenly got his Lamborghini struck on a train track in Florida in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
A police report obtained by TMZ revealed Jordan had a penchant for the Fantasy hitmaker’s tracks amid his legal drama.
Per the document, Marcus squirmed ‘constantly,’ ‘talked incessantly,’ and became ‘agitated and confrontational when given commands or asked questions.’
At one point he asked: ‘Can’t you play some holiday music or some s***?’ before specifically demanding, ‘Play some Mariah Carey up in this b***h.’
The account also said that while he was at a DUI testing facility he refused to take breath tests and ‘aggressively and repeatedly’ thwarted officers’ efforts to contain him.

Additionally, police described Marcus as ‘loud, profane and belligerent,’ while noting he had ‘a sarcastic, patronizing attitude towards’ them.
Marcus called the process a ‘f***in’ joke’ at another point in the night and also stated, ‘Gonna line those f***in’ highways and get them quotas n***a,’ per TMZ.
Before being detained, he begged officers to help him get his $300,000 Lamborghini off a railroad track after speeding away from a traffic stop and crashing the luxury sports vehicle.
He name dropped his father when an officer ordered him out of the car alongside a young woman who was sitting in the passenger seat.
Footage from a body camera showed one of the officers who arrived on the scene shows the Italian sports car wedged into the tracks, teetering on the edge of a steep drop.
Before he was charged, Jordan pleaded with officers to help get his car to safety after he learned it was directly in the path of an oncoming train scheduled to pass within 10 minutes.
Marcus and the female passenger were then warned to get out of the car due to the danger of the oncoming train.

His bond was set at $4,000 and he was pictured leaving jail on Tuesday

Later, after Jordan failed a sobriety test and became uncooperative, officers found a baggie in his front right pocket. The contents revealed a substance that was later confirmed to be cocaine.
During the pat-down, he invoked the name of his famous father.
‘I’m Marcus Jordan,’ he said. ‘I’m Michael Jordan’s son. I’m not doing anything wrong, I’m just trying to get home and I made a wrong turn.
‘Clearly we would just like to get our car off of the f**king train tracks.’
His female companion chimed in, giggling. ‘It’s true,’ she said. ‘I can confirm.’
In August 2024 Jordan appeared to snort a white powder substance as he enjoyed a poolside lunch alongside girlfriend Ashley Stevenson.
He seen appearing to ingest the mystery powder at a crowded table – using a metal implement to sniff the substance – after travelling to Tiara Miramar Beach Hotel and Spa Cote d’Azur in the South of France.
It is not known what he was ingesting.
Marcus cracked a wide smile afterwards – while chatting to his companions – all of whom seemed unaware of what he was doing.
