Following their nude stunt at the Grammys, there are increasing calls for Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori to be barred from future red carpet events.
The rapper, 47, and the Australian architect, 30, caused a stir at the Crypto.com Arena on Sunday when Censori removed her coat to reveal a completely see-through mesh dress worn without underwear.
Following the incident, many fans expressed their disapproval on social media and called for Kanye — who reportedly lost a $20million deal following the stunt — and his wife to be banned from future events.
On Monday, The View’s host Alyssa Farah Griffin, 35, shared a similar sentiment, calling the moment a ‘low’ point, and stating that she didn’t want Kanye or his wife on red carpets.
‘I don’t even want to dignify this other than to say: Kanye West, I don’t want to see him on red carpets anymore,’ she stated.
‘I hope that his partner is OK, because that whole thing was very uncomfortable, I think, for most women, to watch, and I just — I don’t want to see it or hear from it any further.’

She was not the only celebrity to publicly express her distaste at the X-rated stunt.
Former View co-host Meghan McCain shared in a since-deleted post on X, ‘I just want and have wanted for years — for Kanye West to leave us all the hell alone. He’s a repugnant, vile piece of garbage and his wife looks like a victim and a hostage.’
Her representative later told Entertainment Weekly that McCain deleted the post on ‘accident’ and that she still thinks West is a ‘vile pig.’
Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy also slammed the shocking red carpet moment.
He took to X, sharing a photo of Kanye and Bianca from the red carpet, writing in the caption, ‘I hate Kayne [sic] so much.’
In another Tweet he questioned, ‘When is the last time Kanye made headlines for his talent as opposed to just being a jacka** or shock value.’
Later, following reports that Kanye and Bianca were escorted out of the event, he Tweeted: ‘I picture Taylor [Swift] just snapping her fingers and the #grammy police whisking these 2 psychos away.’
Many on X also called for the couple to be banned, with one writing, ‘Kanye and his wife need to be banned from every red carpet in the future. Repulsive. If your husband wants you to leave the house like that, he doesn’t love you.’
Another added, ‘Both her and kanye need to be banned from all red carpets going forward.’
Someone else wrote, ‘The fact that she’s allowed on the red carpet like that where there are CHILDREN also walking the carpet while Kanye stands by and watches…. I truly hope she gets out of this quickly and safely. This is so sad.’

It comes amid news that West has lost a $20 million deal to play in Japan as a result of his controversial stunt at the Grammys, according to sources in Tokyo.
West had signed up to do two shows at the Tokyo Dome in May, but following the naked stunt on the red carpet, his investors have taken fright.
A source said: ‘Kanye is just ****ing up every opportunity that comes to him. The stunt was creepy beyond belief and has been greeted with horror in Japan.’
He added: ‘Japan is having a cultural awakening about women’s rights and the MeToo movement is really strong here. What he did is being seen as an act of coercive control which is utterly unacceptable. He has completely culturally misjudged Japan.’
This is unfortunate as he has been living in a hotel in Tokyo for most of the last year.
West was seen issuing commands to Censori on Sunday night. A lip reader, Nicola Hickling, says that he told Censori, wearing a black fur coat over a mesh ensemble with no underwear: ‘You’re making a scene now.’
She nodded her head and he told her: ‘Make a scene, I’ll say it’ll make so much sense.’ He added: ‘Drop it behind you and then turn, I got you.’ She then tells him: ‘Alright, let’s go.’
West and Censori left the event soon after the red carpet walk, and were pictured getting into a waiting limo.

A source said: ‘The investors in Japan who are backing the concerts are extremely upset by this. It is highly likely that they will pull the funding for the shows.
‘He has greatly misjudged the tolerance of the Japanese people towards these activities. He’s just not welcome any more. This will be a big blow for him because he has been living in Japan for around a year now, almost full time, and I guess he did not see this coming.’
There is also fury among his American colleagues and backers over the stunt which was pulled in front of billboards asking for charitable donations to aid those who lost their homes and their lives in the wildfires in Los Angeles earlier this month.
One said: ‘This was totally disrespectful to the Grammys. To pull a stunt at what is essentially a fundraiser and in the context of what has been going on in LA is almost inconceivably stupid, crass and wrong. It’s a **** up on a huge scale, but all that Kanye is interested in at the moment is launching his cryptocurrency, and everything else seems to pass him by.’
As to why Bianca Censori has been wearing next to nothing for almost two years, the feeling among his circle is that he is acting out a shared exhibitionist/voyeuristic kink.
It’s also been suggested that he regards her both as an artist and an art form – and that she shares the opinion that what they are doing is art, and that she is his muse.
Last year Censori shocked many in Paris when she appeared during fashion week wearing a fur bolero jacket, black stilettos and a pair of ultra-sheer tights, but no underwear.
At that time she had on a ‘modesty’ patch, an adhesive strapless thong covering only the genitals of the type used by actors filming sex scenes. West dressed head to toe in black. The musician had said a few months previously on Instagram that there would be ‘no pants this year.’
Former wife Kim Kardashian, who had four children with him during their seven year marriage, said that West was controlling, and others call him domineering, unstable and narcissistic.
Kardashian said that during their time together he insisted on overseeing her wardrobe, throwing out most of her clothes and insisting she wore outfits he chose.

It’s been reported that he has issued Censori with a set of rules to live by, including what to wear and specific foods she can eat. Some family and friends are concerned that the relationship seems to be unhealthily submissive.
West has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and has compared himself to Picasso, Shakespeare and Jesus.
He previously had a disastrous run for the U.S. Presidency in 2020, has praised Hitler, described slavery as a ‘choice’ and vowed to go to war with the Jewish people.
Both sportswear giant Adidas and fashion house Balenciaga severed ties with him in 2022 over his anti-Semitic remarks, cutting his billionaire status to that of a mere multi-millionaire.
