She’s suffered plenty of heartbreaks over the years.
And unlucky-in-love Tammy Hembrow has now revealed which of her exes she is still friends with.
Speaking to Nova’s Mad About You podcast, hosted by influencer couple Jadé and Lachie Brycki, the 31-year-old admitted she’s still friends with ‘the ones she has to be friends with’.
‘I’m friends with my exes because I have kids with them,’ she explained, referring to her former fiancés Reece Hawkins and Matt Poole.
Her ex-husband Matt Zukowsi, with whom Tammy says was the only other person she’s had a serious relationship, didn’t make the cut.
Tammy’s confession also implies that she isn’t friends with her famous ex-flings Canadian singer Jahkoy Palmer, American rapper Tyga and AFL bad boy Bailey Smith.
Elsewhere, Tammy said her recent divorce has changed her view on dating, revealing that she’s now wary of rushing into another relationship.
‘I’ve learned a lot. I just feel like I’m just going to just take things a lot slower,’ she said of her next romance.

‘And also I feel like not just putting all my energy into one [person]. I get very, like, laser focused on like one specific person,’ she continued,
‘Like, I’ve never been able to like go on a date with one person and then, like, you know, go on a date with another person. So I feel like, no, I feel like that’s what I want to try and do… not just dive into a relationship, but just see what kind of people are out there.’
Indeed, earlier this week Tammy announced she was entering her ‘dating era’ by partnering with Tinder.
‘I am officially in my new dating era and, yes, I’m on Tinder looking for my next crush,’ she began in the Instagram clip, which she filmed in her car wearing a revealing white T-shirt.
‘My dating life always seems to make headlines but you’re hearing it first. I’m officially putting myself back out there.’
Tammy added: ‘Honestly, I feel like everyone thinks dating has to be so serious, it’s supposed to be fun!’
‘So I’m on Tinder to see who’s out there. Hopefully I’ll meet people who match my vibe and, if it turns into something more, even better.’
She signed off the paid advertisement with, ‘If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it. Go find your next crush on Tinder too.’

However, her announcement has sparked fans to question whether her latest relationship with footy star Bailey Smith, 24, was all a PR stunt given that he was named a Tinder ambassador three months earlier.
Tammy has had quite the colourful dating history.
Tammy was first engaged to Reece Hawkins, the father of her two eldest children, Wolf, 10, and Saskia, eight.
Following their split, she was linked to Tyga and then later Jahkoy Palmer, however both romances fizzled.
Her second engagement was with Ironman Matt Poole, the father of her youngest child, Posey, two.
Her most recent engagement – to Love Island Australia star Matt Zukowski – progressed to marriage.
However, in June, just seven months after tying the knot, the pair announced their divorce.
Just weeks later, Tammy was spotted locking lips with Bailey on the Gold Coast.
The couple’s romance quickly cooled however, with Bailey notably failing to bring Tammy as his date to the Brownlow Medal count.
