Kim Zolciak appears to be rolling the dice on love again, but it has its complications.
The Real Housewives Of Atlanta’s first major relationship since her split from NFL alum Kroy Biermann appears to be with a businessman named Kyle Mowitz, insiders told TMZ on Wednesday.
The 47-year-old Bravo star – whose marriage to Biermann appeared doomed by financial issues related to gambling and living above their means – began dating Mowitz this past April or May, sources claimed.
The relationship was described as being ‘super serious,’ insiders told the outlet, as the new couple have been spending ‘a ton of time together.’Â
They are ‘very happy together’ in their romance, sources told the outlet, which noted that Zolciak was subpoenaed in Mowitz’s $100 million divorce from Mowitz’s estranged wife Jillian Green.
Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Zolciak and Biermann for further comment on the story.Â

Green sent legal papers to Zolciak requesting she sit for a deposition and provide records of all of her written communications with Mowitz, sources claimed.
Insiders told TMZ that there was no overlap in Zolciak and Mowitz’s respective relationships, as they started seeing each other only after they had respectively filed for divorce.
Zolciak reportedly spent more than a year on the single sidelines before dating again after her split with former NFL player.
In terms of their past legal entanglements, Green said in court testimony that she had kissed another man in May 2024 while on a trip to Las Vegas, TMZ reported.
Green said she wasn’t challenging the notion that Zolciak and Mowitz began dating after her estranged husband filed for divorce this past March.
Further complicating issues is that Biermann had actually contacted Green, she testified in the June deposition, according to TMZ. Biermann warned Green that Zolciak would try to financially exploit Mowitz for every penny she could.

Green testified that the former NFL defender said Zolciak would look to ‘drain money’ from Mowitz; and has already used his credit card to cover Instacart grocery purchases.
Biermann also told Green that Zolciak was ‘a narcissist with a gambling problem who was never around for her children,’ the outlet reported after reviewing the deposition.
Green said that she and Biermann quietly met at her cousin’s house so they didn’t draw attention to their alliance. She said that there was never a romance between them, and that they hadn’t spoken for months prior to the deposition.
Green said Biermann told her that he had ‘sat outside’ Mowitz’s house, but that she didn’t fear he would try to harm him him, the outlet reported
Zolciak received a subpoena September 30 while she was at her son’s Georgia high school, US Weekly reported. The incident came months after she requested a confidentiality agreement from Green’s attorneys to suppress media coverage of the tangly case.
Attorneys for the Don’t Be Tardy star sought to throw the subpoena out, saying that it was ‘unreasonable’ and oppressive’ in its nature.
