A frequent advocate of body positivity, Rhian accompanied the stunning snap with a lengthy message where she replied at mum shamers, inciting others to ‘let people live how they want’.
‘Life feels so much easier when you stop caring what people think and start focusing on what actually matters,’ she began candidly.

Rhian recently showed off the before and after results of her breast reduction surgery.
The glamour model went from a 32HH to a 32E cup size after going under the knife in June.
Rhian revealed that she underwent the reduction after her F-cup boobs began making walking ‘unbearable’.
Taking to Instagram, Rhian shared three topless photos of herself before, two weeks after and several weeks after her surgery.
Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘From sagging to bragging. Swipe for before and after.
‘These are the results from my breast reduction and uplift @pallmallcosmetics no implant, all still natural. Just lifted and reduced.

‘4 sizes smaller (I say small) I wanted them kept on the larger side. My scarring is fading so well too!’
In a video clip taken nine weeks after her surgery, Rhian said again she was delighted with the results.
‘I’m back at Pall Mall and I’m nine weeks post op. I’m absolutely in love with my boobs,’ she said.
In a clip posted on social media before going under the knife, Rhian revealed her nipples were in fact 11cm lower than they should have been after ‘gravity took its toll’ following the birth of her son George, one.
She said: ‘I’m a bit paranoid about that and I just can’t wait to have them a bit smaller, perkier, uplifted, it’s so exciting.’
Rhian continued: ‘My cup size at the minute is a 34GG, I can fit into a H, and it’s just so difficult to buy a decent bra these days.
‘Bikinis, I can’t even find one to get into because my frame is so small and my boobs are so big so it’s quite difficult. My back ache, ugh, honestly I must have to get a massage like once a week to try and ease the pain and tension in my back.
‘I swim a hell of a lot and I think because my boobs are so big, when I swim my back arches up because they push out the water.
