Khloé Kardashian’s younger brother Rob Kardashian – whom she affectionately calls ‘My A1 from Day 1’ – made a rare appearance in her Instagram slideshow on Sunday.
The 41-year-old Kardashians producer-star posted a bizarre text exchange she had with the reclusive 38-year-old where he joked about undergoing LASIK (Laser-Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis).
When Khloé pressed Rob if he was hurt from the corrective eye surgery procedure, he wisecracked: ‘Well I got it on my d***. So that’s why.’
Kardashian then replied: ‘Robert, what is going on?’
The Khloud founder’s eye-popping 370.4M social media following certainly took notice, including Instagram user @rodzabelidox who exclaimed, ‘Robert!!!’ much to her amusement.
Instagram user @mandyyyyy_76 commented, ‘Lasik so his weenie can see better?’ and Khloé responded: ‘A very Rob thing to say.’

Kardashian went on to call her baby brother ‘the best.’
‘He’s such a nut, but I love it,’ the Fabletics collaborator gushed.
‘He’s insane and I wouldn’t change him for a second.’
The self-described ‘homebody’ admitted he hasn’t felt comfortable in his skin since topping the scales at 240lbs in 2013, which led to a type 2 diabetes diagnosis and hospitalization in 2015.
‘I’m not comfortable in my skin, so why would I want to go be on camera and just be vulnerable and let people in when that’s not what I want to do?’ Rob told his sister on the July 16th episode of her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land.
‘And I choose my own happiness and peace [over] just filming for somebody who doesn’t do anything for me in my personal life.’
Surprisingly, Rob actually made a cameo in the 10-episode seventh season trailer of his famous family’s Hulu reality show The Kardashians, which premieres October 23 on Hulu.
‘There’s definitely nothing wrong between any of us. It just has everything to do with myself,’ Kardashian explained.
‘I like being around my family, so that stuff is good to me. Obviously, I have nothing against it. The reason I don’t is because I’m a homebody and I just choose, like I said, my peace and happiness.’
