The 911 call in which authorities communicated about Diane Keaton’s failing health prior to her death has been released.
In it, officials called for immediate aid to a ‘person down,’ later identified as the beloved Hollywood actress, who was pronounced dead at the age of 79 Saturday.
In an audio recording TMZ obtained Sunday, a dispatcher could be heard reporting ‘Rescue 19, person down,’ at 8:08 a.m. in Los Angeles.
The dispatcher then provided Keaton’s address and the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived at the Los Angeles home to transport the actress to a nearby hospital.
A relative told the AP Saturday that the star of classics such as Annie Hall, Father of the Bride and The Godfather films was with family when she passed away.
Keaton’s death was followed by emotional statements from Hollywood stalwarts such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Bette Midler, Francis Ford Coppola and a host of others.
