Katy Perry has weighed in on her viral biceps as she revealed how she stays in shape ahead of her Lifetimes world tour next year.
The California Girls hitmaker, 40, took the internet by storm this summer after unveiling her incredibly toned figure after previously sparking Ozempic rumours after her recent weightloss.
Chatting during filming for her new ITV concert special, Night of a Lifetime at the Central Hall Westminster on Wednesday night, Katy joked: ‘I hear that my biceps were going around the internet.’
Asked how she stays in shape, the star surprised the audience as she admitted: ‘Well I hate working out. I actually do.
‘You know what I love to do, I love to dance, swim and do things that don’t feel like working out.’
Attributing her swimming to her muscular arms she continued: ‘I hear that my biceps were going around the internet. So that’s a little bit from my swimming I will say I am quite a good swimmer.

‘But seriously it’s been a while since I have been on tour and by the time I go on tour it will be eight years.
‘So I actually probably should go to the gym. The tour is going to be a dance party and everyone is invited.’
Giving an insight into her diet, Katy added that it is her fiancé Orlando Bloom who is head of the kitchen at home.
She explained: ‘Orlando is a better cook than me, but I make a crazy avocado toast.’
The star also has a soft spot for Marks and Spencer favourites Percy Pigs and Colin the Caterpillars.
Katy joked: ‘I love Percy Pigs and Colin’s as they’re healthy and made from fruit juice,’ as she teased: ‘No one is paying me to say that!’
Earlier this year, Katy shared a sexy photo of herself from a shoot with British photographer Jack Bridgland in a bid to kickstart her musical comeback.
However, it quickly sparked rumours that she’d been using the weight loss Ozempic, after catching the eye with her newly-toned physique.

The Roar hitmaker adopted the actor’s diet and exercise routines in preparation for her first album release in four years, cutting out processed foods and curbing her alcohol intake.
‘She loves savoury food, she loves chicken nuggets and sugary food, but recently she has been way more disciplined and has chosen to follow Orlando’s diet,’ an insider told DailyMail.com.
‘She has been working out more because she wants to do some shows to support her upcoming album, so now is the time to look great.
‘Orlando has been her right-hand man and has helped her out. They eat the same and work out the same. She has cut out tons of processed food and doesn’t drink that much.

Katy previously poked fun about the Ozempic claims after she gave guests a cheeky gift at her star-studded 40th birthday bash in October.
The hitmaker whisked her pals away to Geneva for a 40s-themed bash, and gave out goodie bags which included an empty mini-syringe emblazoned with the word OzempiKP.
