Big Brother viewers have predicted that romance will blossom between Zak and Noky after spotting them getting cosy in the bedroom.

During Tuesday’s episode, the housemates were tasked with lying in a giant bed as long as they could without getting up or falling asleep.

While lying in the bed during the task, fans noticed Noky running her fingers through Zak’s hair as they lay together during the challenge.

After clocking the moment, one person said: ‘Zak and Noky think we couldn’t see them, let the showmance cook!’

Another said: ‘I feel like Zak and Noky are well suited ngl.’

The lawyer, 25, was seen entering the show’s famous house on ITV on Sunday night as the programme returned to British television after a five year hiatus.

And after just three days in the house, Jordan has sparked controversy after squeezing a generous portion of mayonnaise into his curry-flavoured Pot Noodle.

He explained: ‘I love mayonnaise, I put it with everything.’

Fans rushed to social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their disgust online.

One viewer wrote: ‘That mayo and pot noodle is grounds for eviction’

Another said: ‘I was a little bit smitten with Jordan but he’s just put mayonnaise in a pot noodle. An absolute criminal’

A third added: ‘Putting mayo in your pot noodle?! My guy needs to be evicted just for that’

One penned: ‘Mayo in a pot noodle? VILE’

Pot noodles appeared to be the hot topic during Tuesday’s episode after Henry and Jordan secretly smuggled a pair of Bombay Pot Noodles into the shared bedrooms.

Farida was quick to share her disappointment at their actions, as she complained to Matty: ‘Do you know what? Before I went I said, ‘I’m really hungry and I’m really looking forward to a Pot Noodle.’

‘But by the time I’d came down and they [Henry and Jordan] had seen the store room they had gone and got themselves the noodles so when I went in there was none left.

‘It doesn’t matter, s**t happens but it’s happened three times now. It’s part of living here, but that was a bit spiteful.

While the pair enjoyed their noodles, Farida continued: ‘But thankfully, God’s given us a lot of patience to be patient in certain situations.’

Big Brother returned to British television with a barman, make-up artist, butcher and youth worker among the contestants entering the famous house on Sunday.

The influential social experiment, which sees housemates live together in a custom-built home for weeks without access to the outside world in a bid to win £100,000, has opened its doors for the first time in five years.

After it was axed by Channel 5 amid a ratings slump in 2018, new hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best introduced a batch of 16 contestants to the brand-new house in front of a live studio audience.

Big Brother started in 2000 on Channel 4 before Channel 5 took over in 2011, airing in the UK for a total of 18 years.

Before his entrance, Jordan quipped that he was most looking forward to ‘not having to pay bills’ during his time in the house.

The ‘sarcastic’ lawyer from Scunthorpe said he applied for the show on a whim and he is interested in the social experiment side of the programme.

He said: ‘I have a face like a chastised backside hence I wear such wonderful shirts to make up for it.’

On why he applied, Jordan said: ‘Well, I love the show. I was quite disillusioned with life so I suppose boredom made me apply to some extent. I honestly applied on a whim.

‘I’m interested in the social experiments side of Big Brother. I don’t really like the idea of living with people but I thought I might as well give it a try. And I wanted to challenge myself.’

On why he’s most likely to get nominated, he explained: ‘Being cantankerous and acting as if I don’t want to be there even if I do in my heart.

‘They might nominate me for being disengaged perhaps or not paying everyone an equal amount of attention. They may feel left out but I can’t help that.’

Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

WHAT MADE YOU APPLY TO BE A BIG BROTHER HOUSEMATE? ‘I love the programme. It is, for me, the ultimate reality TV show ever. I’ve got multiple sclerosis and so the reason why I never applied before is because I always saw those whacking great big stairs to get into the house. It just felt a little bit unachievable because for the first three years of my illness I was in a wheelchair. When I saw it was coming back and searching for real people from all walks of life, I thought, this is my year.’
