They were one of the biggest pop bands of the ’90s.
And the group reunited to support Victoria Beckham for the premiere of her Netflix docuseries on Wednesday, looking like they barely aged a day.
For the starry event at the Curzon Mayfair, Mel C, Geri Halliwell-Horner, and Emma Bunton showed off their ageless beauty as they supported their former bandmate.
Mel B was notably absent from the occasion due to work commitments in the US – however she had sent Victoria good luck flowers of support ahead of the premiere.
But just how do these pop stars continue to look so young after shooting to fame over two decades ago?

Victoria Beckham
Victoria, 51, turned heads as she stepped out for her premiere in London.
Showing off her flawless skin and wrinkle-free complexion, the mum of four looked like she’d barely aged from her days as a fresh-faced Posh Spice.
For the occasion, she looked sensational in a white pencil skirt and silk blouse.
She draped a chic, tailored blazer over her shoulders as she posed for snaps on the red carpet.
Posh Spice is no stranger to an extensive skin care routine – or sharing a tutorial from her bathroom.
In 2023, she opened up about how she approaches beauty, insisting she doesn’t have Botox, lip fillers, or a nose job, while admitting she found all the cosmetic surgeries available ‘scary options’.
Victoria explained: ‘I’m not trying to turn back the clock. I’m 49 and don’t have a hang-up about it.’
Instead, she revealed she undergoes some laser and skin tightening treatments, insisting that ‘it’s about little things’.

She added: ‘It’s not about changing anything, it’s just about looking at the best version of yourself. I have more muscle tone at 49 than I did at 25.
Since 2019, Victoria has had her own skincare range, and earlier this year collaborated with cult luxury beauty brand Augustinus Bader to develop a Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum, which retails at £195 for just 30ml.
Thankfully, she hasn’t forgotten her humble Hertfordshire roots, and it’s not all spenny products and pricey gadgets behind her glowing complexion.
She previously told Glamour Magazine: ‘In the morning I start by splashing some cold water on my face to reverse any puffiness or dullness (or glass of tequila) from the prior night.’
This is then followed by applying a serum, and one of Victoria’s favourites contains both retinol and vitamin C.
Both of these ‘active’ ingredients are especially good for brightening the skin and combating signs of aging, and when used together, are a potent combination.
After patting on her serum, she applies a cell rejuvenating moisturiser containing black tea, papaya enzymes, and avocado oil.
The mum-of-four’s skincare routine also includes daily use of an LED lamp.
When she has the time, Posh Spice admitted that she loves winding down at the end of the day with a rejuvenating eye mask.

Mel – also known to many as Sporty Spice – showed off her ageless appearance at the premiere in the capital.
The star, 51, looked effortlessly youthful and fit as she dressed to the nines to support her former bandmate.
Mel showed off her washboard abs in a black shiny crop top layered under a black velvet suit.
Posing up a storm for the cameras, it’s hard to believe that over two decades have passed since she shot to fame.
In 2017, Mel told Good Housekeeping that she had tried anti-wrinkle injections, but she was wary of going overboard.
She said: ‘It can be a slippery slope. I’ve done musical theatre and I want to be able to move my face.
‘I’ve had bits of Botox done.
‘I do like it, but it does freak me out because I don’t want to turn into that person that everyone thinks looks like Michael Jackson.’
She has also admitted to taking supplements packed with minerals and vitamins designed to get her glowing from the inside out.
Emma Bunton
Best known as Baby Spice, the star, 49, showed off her timeless visage while beaming for the cameras
Emma was a vision on the red carpet at the starry event as she stepped out in a green suit.

She layered her stylish suit with a black mesh top and bra underneath, bringing together a sexy and sophisticated ensemble.
Baby Spice has always been coy about her skin care routine, but once hinted that she didn’t ever see herself undergoing any sort of drastic surgical procedures.
Emma previously told Daily Mail: ‘I am hoping to grow old gracefully – I’d like to think I will, but when it comes to things like Botox, I would never say never.’
In 2016, she revealed her top tips for staying so fresh-faced and managed to reverse the clock.
She told the Mirror: ‘I really believe in drinking lots of water as well, it’s important to keep your skin fresh and supple.
‘I’m like everybody else – I try and remember to drink it when I can, but it’s something I have to make a real effort with.
‘A good night’s sleep is very important to me – not that I get much sleep any more. ‘
Geri Halliwell-Horner
Geri looked barely any different from when she shot to fame as Ginger Spice in the 90s
Geri took to the red carpet with her husband, Christian Horner and his daughter Olivia at the event.
The star, 53, looked barely any different from when she shot to fame as Ginger Spice in the 90s.
Showing off her youthful complexion, the star and her family joined a host of stars at the world premiere.
For the occasion, she ditched her signature white uniform for a cream outfit, opting for a roll neck sweater with a cable knit cardigan and a lace sheer maxi skirt.
In 2009, when she was aged 36, the now mum-of-two told Red Magazine that she was dubious about Botox, even though she had tried it.
She said: ‘I look at people who have dabbled in it and it looks fine and you don’t notice, but with others it changes their character.
‘I’m trying to do without it as an experiment, to allow myself to be a human being.
‘Years ago in America, when Botox was new, I had some squirted into my forehead and it gave me a headache.
‘I’m not saying I’ll never do it again, but for now I strive to look for examples that show me it’s OK to age.’
In 2023, she made a similar declaration when she appeared in a video for Harper’s Bazaar, which outlined her nightly beauty routine.
She said: ‘I don’t want to look younger, I just want to look my best, that’s it.
‘Beauty is an inside job, cause you can put all these creams on, which is great, but if you don’t feel good here [in your heart] it’s not quite as good, and sometimes you need a little outside validation.’
Mel B
While Mel did not attend the premiere, last week she showed off her fresh face glow at the America’s Got Talent season 20 Winner’s Red Carpet at Hotel Dena in California
Mel, unfortunately, could not complete the Spice Girls reunion at the premiere on Wednesday night due to work commitments in the US.
She did, however, send Victoria flowers to wish her luck for her big night the day before.
Last week, Scary Spice, 50, attended the America’s Got Talent season 20 Winner’s Red Carpet at Hotel Dena in California.
She showed off her fresh face glow on the red carpet as she dazzled in a strapless blue dress.
Beloved by fans for her no-nonsense, Mel hasn’t been shy when it comes to speaking about how she has maintained her youthful glow.
And, living up to her ‘Scary’ moniker, she’s tried several medical-grade treatments which hover at the more extreme end of the skincare spectrum.
The singer previously said that her skin care routine includes extreme heat, red LED therapy saunas, an ice bath plunge, she even joked that she dances in the rain.
She has also splashed the cash, undergoing collagen-boosting non-surgical facelifts that cost £4,000-a-pop.
In 2018, she told fans she had had ULTRAcel Q+, a non-surgical treatment that uses High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) to lift, tighten, and contour the face and body.
Mel, then 43, wrote: ‘I believe in being the best version of yourself and I’m a great believer of looking and keeping your natural beauty.
‘I love the fact that you don’t have to take drastic scary procedures and go under the knife. It’s important we start talking about it more so more people know about the safer and more natural options out there.’.’
