Rebecca Judd defends her slender frame against trolls and reveals cruel insult.

She has dealt with a stream of criticism about her slender physique in recent years.

But Rebecca Judd has now hit back at cruel trolls in a candid new interview on the Darling, Shine! podcast.

Bec, 42, told host Ellidy Pullin that her figure is often targeted by critics, who always tell her to ‘go eat a burger or steak’.

‘A lot of people don’t understand but even when they look at my sister, she’s exactly the same as me and you look at my Mum, she’s 62 and she’s exactly like me,’ the AFL WAG said.

‘We eat whatever we want, and we are super healthy. I’ve been really lucky in life. I’ve always been super fertile and I don’t get sick often.

‘I’m really, really healthy, but I’m really, really lean, and I understand now that there’s a lot of people where their metabolism is the complete opposite of mine.’

Bec said she has a ‘super fast metabolism through genetics’ while others exercise and diet but are unable to maintain a slim figure.

‘I always got told to eat a burger, eat a steak and then there’s just, like, swear words and insults,’ she continued.

The mother-of-four said she now has ‘tight comment controls’ and removes any social media comments which affect others.

‘If there’s some troll stuff that sneaks through, I don’t even care. Usually I go block, delete, not even think about it, and I don’t go back to them,’ she continued.

‘I don’t try and engage. I just move on.’

Bec has not been afraid to hit back at critics of her slight frame in previous interviews.

The Melbourne-based mum took to Instagram back in April to reveal she’s finally reached a place where she gives ‘zero f***s’ about what trolls have to say.

Bec also applauded her close friend and fellow former AFL WAG Nadia Bartel for speaking out about the damage trolls can inflict.

‘After more than 20 years of being trolled by gutless cowards online (never to my face), I could literally write a book on this crap,’ Judd posted to Instagram.

‘My take: anyone who feels the need to cut anyone down online is a sad person. We can not concern ourselves with the opinions of those who are rooted in jealousy. I block and delete and never think of you again.’

Bec continued her empowering message, writing: ‘Don’t give trolls energy as it only drains yours. It took me a while to get there but this approach works.

‘Then I go on living my amazing full life of beautiful family, success, happiness, plentiful friendships, joy, travel and gratitude.’
