Myer hosted its Our Summer event on Tuesday, with a host of celebrities, designers, beauty influencers in attendance.

Nadia Bartel cut a sleek figure as she led arrivals at the department store’s ‘styling suite’ in celebration of its summer campaign.

The fashion designer stunned in two chic all black looks that contrasted elegantly with the bright orange background of the scene.

Her first look was a black top paired with a long black skirt showing a hint of midriff’

The second look featured stylish black pants and a sleeveless button up jacket. She paired both outfits with chunky black sandals.

Also in attendance was Married At First Sight bride Martha Kalifatidis.

The reality star opted for loose-fitting black jeans, sneakers, a black top, and a old school trench coat. 

Former Big Brother housemate Tully Smyth embodied the spirit of a summer sunset in a pink and orange textured dress. 

Meanwhile, MasterChef star Khanh Ong turned up in a head to toe in linen look, comprising of white pants and a delicate summer-ready lace-like shirt. 

It comes as Myer announced it had hired Lara Worthington as a new brand ambassador earlier this month. 

Myer are banking on the beauty to bring in young consumers, the Daily Telegraph reported. 

The model, 36, has become the face of Myer’s spring summer campaign, with the hopes that she will be a drawcard for the department store, as she has been for labels Atoir and Local Supply. 

Lara models items from Country Road, Witchery, Ralph Lauren and Basque as part of the gig. 

Fashion commentator Kellie Hush told the publication that Lara has a unique appeal.

It comes after Lara shocked fans earlier this month when she unveiled her new edgy hairstyle. 

While Lara has been sporting shorter hair for some time now, she has cut another few inches off.

Lara’s hair now sits just below her ears, and she appeared delighted with her new look in a selfie she posted to Instagram.

The blonde beauty splits her time living in New York and Sydney with husband Sam Worthington and their three children.
