Dannii Minogue cut a glamorous figure as she accepted the Ally of the Year award at the Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards at the Roundhouse in London on Wednesday.
The TV presenter, 53, looked radiant for the evening in a strapless fuchsia gown with a sweetheart neckline.
Dannii styled her blonde locks into loose curls for the evening and added to her outfit with a diamond necklace.
The singer currently hosts the BBC gay dating series I Kissed A Boy and the lesbian spin-off I Kissed A Girl.Â
Steeping on stage to accept her award, she said: ‘I’ve been able to celebrate at great parties, whether it’s G-A-Y, Pride, Mardi Gras, [Mighty] Hoopla.
‘The words that come into my mind are safe, seen and celebrated. Everytime that I have partied or performed or worked with the community, my intention is that everyone feels safe, everyone feels seen and everyone feels celebrated.Â

‘I just want you to know that in return, I have always felt safe, felt seen and been celebrated.’
In an interview with Attitude ahead of accepting her award, Dannii revealed she was told by music bosses not to perform at gay clubs early in her career, but she ignored them.Â
She said: ‘That’s where I wanted to perform. I thought, ‘Whatever people are going to say about me, let them say it.’Â
‘I’d rather be where I want to be, having a good time doing what I want to do with the people that I want to do it with, than trying to conform to someone else’s idea.Â
Other winners on the night included Russell Tovey for Man of the Year, Elizabeth Hurley for the Honorary Gay Award, Luke Evans for the Book Award for his memoir and Gok Wan for the Icon Award.
Dannnii recently admitted she ‘wouldn’t be alive’ if she wasn’t so mentally strong after years of ‘nasty comments’ and being compared to her elder sibling Kylie.  Â
Speaking on Fearne Cotton’s the Happy Place podcast, Dannii revealed: ‘I’ve said this to my friends, “I know that, if I wasn’t mentally strong and I did have any kind of eating disorder or something, I wouldn’t be alive now.” That is fact.
‘It was so brutal, and it went on for years.’

And despite critics trying to create a sibling rivalry, Dannii and Kylie, 57, remain a united force.Â
She added: ‘I was compared to my sister, who’s always had a completely different body shape our entire lives.
‘I wasn’t living up to her body. At the time, the only body shape that was accepted was slim.
‘I was a square trying to fit into a hole. You read back now how nasty the comments were.’
Dannii went on to share her priority is now is spending precious time with her family and only taking on work that’s ‘important’ to her.
She is in a relationship with music producer Adrian Newman, and said giving birth to son Ethan, 14, in 2010 changed her focus.
