Matt Shirvington and his wife Jessica were spotted at their $12.5million mansion in Sydney on Wednesday.
The sunrise host and his partner have temporarily relocated from the property as it undergoes extensive renovations.
The 46-year-old TV star sported a focussed expression as he examined the property in Mosman, an upmarket suburb located on Sydney’s north shore.
The former marathon sprinter rocked a laidback look for the outing, donning a plain black tee paired with grey shorts and white sneakers.
At one point he covered up his muscular physique in a black zip up jacket.
Elsewhere, Matt’s wife looked chic in a white knitwear top paired with relaxed fit black trousers.

The multimillionaires temporarily relocated from the property in June.
In January, Matt and Jessica put the Mosman home on the market for a reported $12.5million, and later withdrew the listing.
The seven-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion failed to find a buyer after staying on the market for 128 days.
Built in 1896, the beautiful Federation-style sprawl is just 8km from the CBD and features a studio, pool and tennis court.
Full of 19th century charm, the expansive house has been beautifully maintained and boasts spacious living areas, including a formal dining room.

They purchased the property in 2017 for $7.5million after selling off another Mosman Federation home in 2016 for $4.15million.
Matt and Jessica share three children: daughters Sienna, 18, and Winter, 16, and son Lincoln, seven.
The pair have developed a passion for renovating luxurious properties and recently flipped a heritage-listed, Tudor-style home – also featuring a tennis court and pool – in Killara, on Sydney’s north shore, in just 17 days.
They paid $11.2million in May 2022, settled in November, and promptly sold it again for $11.6million less than three weeks later, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.

The profit from the sale would not have covered the stamp duty of $720,000 payable on the property.
Matt’s wife Jessica is highly successful and best known as the author of the Embrace series of supernatural romance novels.
She is also the managing director of ritzy waterfront restaurant Bathers Pavilion in Mosman on Sydney’s lower north shore.
