Tammy Hembrow’s fiancé Matt Zukowski has been brutally mocked online for his latest sponsored post announcing his ‘partnership’ with a tattoo numbing cream.
The Love Island Australia identity, 29, shared a video to Instagram on Thursday which showed him getting a tiny cursive script tattoo above his left knee.
Matt had the words ‘Always and forever’ tattooed in Tammy’s loopy handwriting at La Femme (French for woman) tattoo shop at Mermaid Beach in Queensland.
It is Tammy’s tattoo parlour of choice, where she had the names of her three children in August last year.
‘I wanted to get a tattoo to dedicate my love to my fiancée,’ he began in the video. ‘But the pain, I was not about.’
Swelling piano music played over the montage, which Matt narrated, as he read from a PR script by the good folks at ‘Australia’s number one numbing cream’.

‘I wanted to enjoy this sentimental moment and not think about the sting of the tattoo – so I have partnered with Numit numbing cream,’ Matt said.
In the caption, Matt wrote, ‘In the lead up to the wedding Numit cream was my savor’, misspelling the word saviour.
Fitness influencer Tammy’s 17.3million fans were quick to flood the comments section on the post with hilarious reactions.
‘Numbing cream, for THAT? LOL’ one wrote.
‘That is the most unmanly thing I have ever seen,’ another woman added.
‘The cream costs more than the tattoo,’ wrote a third, with some laugh-crying emojis.
‘Getting a tattoo for a paid cream ad?’ another questioned.

The Balinese tattoo parlour, known for its delicate fine line tattoos, has a sister shop for men called Homme.
Matt demonstrated how he was wrapping his leg in cling wrap to cover the finger-length tattoo and ‘provide up to two hours of numbing action’.
At the tattoo shop, influencer Tammy scrawled out her words of choice onto a piece of paper for the tattoo artist to ink onto her beau forever.
‘This means you can enjoy the experience and focus on what the tattoo means and not how it feels,’ he concluded in the video.
The couple are due to wed in November in Byron Bay, with their dash down the aisle set to take place within the next week.
Tammy, 30, has more than a dozen tattoos herself. In 2020, she showcased her extensive body of work in a YouTube clip that ‘toured’ her 13 different tattoos.

Look at tatt! Tammy showed off her work after being asked about her tattoos by a fan, as she took part in a question and answer segment (pictured is her faded rose tattoo)
That includes a large and faded rose tattoo on her torso that she got when she was 16 or 17, the birth date of her son Wolf on her ribs, and her daughter Saskia’s name on the inside of her arm.
Tammy also has a small pair of angel wings on her back, a star behind her ear, and a tattoo of the year she met her best friend on her finger – which she claims has worn off.
In November 2023, just months after starting her relationship with Matt, she had the name Matt tattooed on her inner thigh during a holiday with him in Maldives.
It is unknown if the inking was new or if she got it as a tribute to her ex-boyfriend, Matt Poole, with whom she shares her youngest daughter Posy.
‘I’d find more love in a storm with you than a thousand sunny days without,’ Tammy wrote on Instagram last week, followed by a mended heart emoji and an insistence that she ‘can’t wait to marry’ the Love Island Australia alum.
It came after Matt took to Instagram to assure fans he hadn’t been chatting up multiple women at a Sydney influencer event in October, while Tammy was in Greece.
Photos from the event show the ex-reality star speaking with multiple women, including a blonde and two brunettes, at Flight Club — a cocktail and darts bar.
‘I don’t normally comment on this stuff, but thought I’d jump in here. They are my mates and we have the same management so we have met at many events before,’ he wrote.
‘They are engaged as well and we were talking about wedding prep and comparing our engagements in Maldives.’
Tammy and Matt have blocked and unfollowed one another on Instagram numerous times in recent months, before reconciling numerous times, at a breakneck pace that has left fans confused and concerned.
The most significant roadblock to emerge in their 12-month dash down the aisle came in March 2023, when Matt was accused of sending flirty DMs to another woman after a night out.
