Bridget Fonda – a Hollywood pinup who thrived in the 1990s – looked thinner than ever when she stepped out in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon.
The 61-year-old Jackie Brown actress wore a blue-and-white striped shirt, a dark cardigan and loose slacks while holding a takeout beverage.
Functional nutritionist Monica Partier has shed some light on the nepo baby’s dramatic weight loss; her dad was Peter Fonda, her aunt is Jane Fonda and her grandfather was Henry Fonda.
‘It appears that she has shed at least 75lbs in the past few years, which is not an easy thing to do over the age of 50,’ said Partier to Daily Mail.
‘Fonda could have taken the diabetes drug Ozempic that could have aided in her weight loss journey or she could have tried GLP-1 agonists like semaglutide – brand name Wegovy – and a tirzepatide l- brand name Zepbound. But if she did it without drugs, there are several paths she could have taken.’

Left this week and right in 2022; functional nutritionist Monica Partier has shed some light on the ’90s icon’s dramatic weight loss. ‘It appears that she has shed at least 75lbs, which is not an easy thing to do over the age of 50,’ said Partier to Daily Mail
Partier noted that achieving metabolic balance is essential. ‘It’s important to look at hormone levels, gut health, nutrient deficiencies, obesogens, and chronic stress,’ said the nutritionist.
‘I tell my clients to eat whole, unprocessed foods as often as they can, like cutting up a tomato and avocado while adding avocado oil and sea salt for a fast salad. Or focusing on healthy fibers such as fruits, nuts and legumes.’
Healthy fats are also vital stressed Partier: ‘Eating fatty fish like salmon, tuna, mackerel as well as using coconut oil in cooking is a good way to go.’
And the wellness expert suggested to ‘stop counting calories’ and start ‘shopping for healthy foods full of nutrition which can be prepared at home.’
Partier added that eating right can be overwhelming so for those who want to keep it simple they should remember to ‘eat plenty of protein and fresh vegetables while limiting fried foods, processed sugar and bad carbs.’
Partier also shared that consuming healthy, whole foods will keep people from getting sick: ‘Eating right can combat chronic illness and restore optimal health.’
Finally, getting rid of stress is smart and Partier says the best way to do that is to ‘take daily walks in nature and meditate.’
