Elizabeth Hurley and her son Damian reunited with Shane Warne’s children in Australia, two years after his tragic passing.
Cricket legend Shane died aged 52 from ‘natural causes’ in Koh Samui, Thailand, on March 4, 2022.
Liz, who was in a relationship with Shane from 2010 to 2013, flew out to Oz with her 22-year-old son, who wrote about the importance of the trip on Instagram on Thursday.
Sharing photos with Brooke, 27, Jackson, 25, and Summer, 22, in The Birdcage at Flemington Racecourse for Crown Oaks Day, the photographer said he had wanted to ‘put off’ going to Australia ‘forever’ as it would ‘make the reality of Shane’s passing truly sink in’.
But Damian said reuniting with the cricketer’s children ‘filled his heart’ as they spent some quality time together.

This week, Liz admitted returning to Melbourne has been ‘bittersweet’ following Shane’s death two years ago.
She took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a glimpse at her visit to the races with Damian and penned some poignant words in an accompanying caption.
Liz said that her return Down Under was ‘bittersweet’, as the city was ‘home to so many memories’ with her ex-partner Shane.
She wrote: ‘Bittersweet to be back in Melbourne – home to so many memories. Thank you @flemingtonvrc for inviting me and my son. We had a beautiful day.’
Liz began dating the Aussie cricketer – who was born and raised in Melbourne – in 2010, before getting engaged the following year, but eventually splitting in 2013.
He and Elizabeth stayed good friends despite their split, and he branded their relationship as the ‘happiest time of his life’, confessing he was upset that things between them didn’t work out.
