Heather Locklear spent the weekend being every inch the doting daughter by running errands with her elderly mother around Los Angeles.
The actress, 63, was seen meeting 91-year-old mom Diane outside a building in the San Fernando Valley before escorting her to a waiting car with the help of a caretaker Saturday afternoon, exclusive DailyMail.com photos show.
Diane, who now uses a wheelchair, was pushed around by the female helper as Heather stopped at a local CVS to pick up some prescription meds, presumably for her.
The Melrose Place alum looked happy and healthy, showing off her trim figure in a white sweatshirt and gray leggings and sneakers.

She carried a shopping tote and wore a baseball cap from the ‘Gabby Petito Foundation’.
Gabby Petito was a 22-year old travel blogger who was killed by her fiancé Brian Laundrie on a cross-country road trip in 2021.
Heather’s mom Diane looked relatively well and sprightly, despite being confined to a wheelchair.
She matched her daughter’s casual vibe in a black sweater, patterned leggings, and sneakers.
The outing marks the first time the mother-daughter duo have been pictured together in public in years.
The two have remained close even through Heather’s darkest times which saw her placed in a psychiatric hold in 2018 after she allegedly choked her mother and threatened to shoot herself at her Ventura County home.
It was Diane who dialed 911 for help after being attacked by her daughter, who she described to police as acting erratically and ‘violent’.
In spite of her troubles Heather has always been extremely close to both her parents and spoke movingly about her father Bill following his death earlier this year in June.

Locklear at one point was seen flashing a smile during the outing. She also wore a cap from the Gabby Petito Foundation
She shared a poignant snap of her beloved dad who she called ‘the love of my life’ as she revealed his passing on June 12.
‘The most brilliant man I have ever known. The bar is oh so high. The love of my life. The few the proud. I love you dad. RIP,’ she wrote.
Bill Locklear, 94, was married to Diane for 68 years and had three other children in addition to Heather.
At the time of his death, Bill had reportedly been ‘ailing for a while’ and had been hospitalized months earlier in February.
Meanwhile Heather – who’s been in and out of rehab ’20 times’ – appears to be on the straight and narrow following her well-documented battle with substance abuse, mental health issues, and arrests for domestic violence and battery between 2008-2019.
She recently made an acting comeback playing disgraced counselor Jodi Hildebrandt alongside Emilie Ullerup in Lifetime drama, Mormon Mom Gone Wrong: The Ruby Franke Story, which premiered October 26.
The real life Hildebrandt, 56, and 42-year-old YouTuber Franke were known to share a philosophy about strict parenting, which was later revealed to be horrifying abuse on Ruby’s malnourished eight-year-old and 12-year-old children.

The six-time Golden Globe nominee made her acting comeback as disgraced counselor Jodi Hildebrandt alongside Emilie Ullerup (R) in Kevin Fair’s drama Mormon Mom Gone Wrong: The Ruby Franke Story, which premieres October 26 on Lifetime
Last year, Hildebrandt plead guilty to four counts of felony aggravated child abuse on December 27 and was sentenced to four terms of one to 15 years consecutively at the Utah State Correctional Facility.
Up until her latest film project, Locklear hadn’t had an acting gig since portraying author Kristine Carlson in Ellen S. Pressman’s Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff: The Kristine Carlson Story, which aired on Lifetime in 2021.
The former Dynasty star was previously seen celebrating her 63rd birthday in late September and more recently marked her daughter Ava’s 27th birthday last month.
Heather welcomed her only child during her 11-year marriage to Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, which ended in 2007.
Ava achieved her Master of Science in marriage and family therapy at USC last year after earning her Bachelor’s of Arts in psychology at Loyola Marymount University in 2020.
Ava’s engagement to Tyler Farrar, her boyfriend of four years, was announced on social media in February.
