Chris Pine looked nearly unrecognizable as he stepped out to get a hot cup of coffee on Friday.
The Wonder Woman star, 43, complete with shaggy hair and a mostly gray beard, was pictured making his way back to his parked Porsche.
The Hollywood leading man had just wrapped up a dance class at a nearby studio right before stopping for his cup of joe in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The actor wore a very colorful cardigan over a gray PBS t-shirt, along with black shorts over matching leggings.
He finalized the look with tan slip-on shoes.
Casual: Chris Pine, 43, rocked shaggy hair and a gray beard when he stopped to get coffee after taking part in a dance class in the Los Feliz neighborhood of LA on Friday
Pine flashed a serious and focused look as she made his way outside of the cafe and back to his sports car.
This isn’t the first time Pine started rocking a long hair look and beard.
Just last year the actor was accused of being unrecognizable when he decided to go with even longer hair and a bushier gray beard.
Some people suspected the star’s overgrown hair could possibly be an off-the-clock look.
But then there was others who thought the new look was due to his new role in the mystery-comedy film Poolman, which also includes him making his directorial debut.
Part of the role of Darren Barrenman, a hapless dreamer and would-be philosopher, includes him sporting long messy hair and a beard.
The cast also also includes Annette Bening, Danny DeVito, Jennifer Jason Leigh and DeWanda Wise.
The shoot for Poolman began in June 2022, which solves the mystery of the new look, but it ended a few months later, and Pine was seen with the long, albeit a bit more groomed.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Pine chalked up his shaggier look to ‘equal parts laziness and equal parts something I may do in the future here.’

Transformation: Pine’s role in the comedy-mystery film Poolman may explain why he had longer hair and a beard in 2022; he not only plays the lead but also makes his directorial debut
He went on to share one of the benefits of having a more relaxed grooming routine.
‘If there’s any excuse not to shave and have makeup put on, I, you know,’ he joked, before responding again to the claims the transformation was for a role.
‘Maybe,’ he said, creating even more mystery, before adding, ‘It’s mostly laziness.’
Poolman made its world premiere at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival on September 11.
So far, there’s no official word on when it will have its widespread release.
