Sophie Guidolin suffered an embarrassing gaffe on Friday when she was caught photoshopping the muscles on her legs.
The controversial influencer, 36, shared a selfie via Instagram that showed her bent over in a mirror as she flexed her hamstrings and quads.Â
But an odd detail next to her leg left the wall slightly warped, suggesting the image had been altered to exaggerate the size of her leg muscles.
The mother-of-four shared the photo during a Q&A on her Stories, after a follower asked whether she’d compete in another bodybuilding event.
Sophie regularly shares fitness content, pushing her physique to new extremes in pursuit of a highly muscular look.
‘Maybe,’ she answered. ‘I mean I only just competed in November—so like under a year ago lol. But I don’t do it for clout—so my ego is never the reason behind my why.

It comes after Sophie revealed in May that she had been in hospital for several days due to health issues related to exposure to black mould. Â
She claimed on her Instagram Stories that she was ‘literally just surviving’ due to the severity of her condition.
Sophie was exposed to the dangerous fungi after her Gold Coast home was damaged during ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred’s impact on the Queensland coast in March.
The influencer said things got so serious that she woke up in hospital to find her father had flown in from Adelaide to be by her side.
She later posted distressing images to her social media, revealing her home had been infested with black mould.

‘Thanks to my best friend and the serious legends at PRD in Burleigh, allowing sight unseen whilst I was in hospital, the boys are now secure in a 6 month rental with dad caring for them and trying to navigate everything.
‘Please note my phone has been off. I am unable to speak and am not ignoring anyone.
‘Just trying to get better as soon as possible. Again, I will try and get back to everyone as soon as possible.’
