Dua Lipa is said to have injured herself while on tour in America and had to be checked over by a radiologist before being given the go ahead to perform.

The singer, 30, was spotted with dark bruising on her shoulder sparking concern from fans she had seriously injured herself.

However, according to The Sun, Dua has been given the all clear to continue her tour after suffering the injury during some ‘downtime’ from performing.

The insider claimed that Dua will have physio to ensure a full recovery following the accident but the tour will ‘carry on without a hitch’.

A source said: ‘The injury happened while Dua was enjoying some down time from her show. It’s been painful but after being checked over by a radiologist, she’s been given the all clear.

‘The tour will still be going ahead as planned. It’s just one of those things.’

As well as struggling with an injury, it was also recently revealed that Dua has dumped her agent after he campaigned to stop pro-Palestinian rappers Kneecap from performing at Glastonbury, by claiming they were fuelling anti-Semitism.

Dua’s long-standing representative David Levy was the first signatory on a letter urging festival founder Michael Eavis and his daughter Emily to drop the Belfast rappers, who have been accused of supporting Hezbollah terrorists.

The email, also signed by a number of other leading Jewish music industry figures, was marked ‘private and confidential’ but later leaked, revealing their actions to the acts they represent.

The revelation has caused vocal Palestinian supporter Dua and band Massive Attack to cease working with Levy over his stance.

A music industry source told The Mail on Sunday: ‘Dua made sure through her people that David Levy wasn’t working on her music any more. She is very openly pro-Palestine and that doesn’t align with David.

‘She views him as being a supporter of Israel’s war in Gaza, and the terrible treatment of the Palestinians and that was made very clear through the letter that he signed and sent to Michael Eavis.’

They added that she was still with the same talent company, William Morris Endeavor, but represented by a different agent there.

Despite Levy’s protest, Kneecap did perform at Glastonbury and while police received complaints about their performance, they decided to take no further action.
