Wicked star Cynthia Erivo is set to return to Strictly Come Dancing as the show’s first ever guest mentor, according to a new report.
The British West End star, 38, previously joined the show as a guest judge in 2021, and is set to appear once again as part of Movie Week later this month.
The show, which will air on October 11th, which also feature a Wicked-themed routine by the professional dancers, ahead of the release of the second film based on the musical of the same name.
Wicked: For Good, will see Cynthia and Ariana Grande reprise their roles as Elphaba and Glinda, and is set to be released in cinemas on November 21.
Cynthia is set to work as a mentor with the couples before their Movie Week routines, and will then join the judges to share feedback and scores following the performances.
A source said: ‘Strictly wanted to sprinkle some real Hollywood magic on to Movie Week and have Cynthia coming on board to help train the stars.’

They went on to tell The Sun: ‘She’ll be working with all the celebrities in the rehearsal rooms in the lead-up, then will be live in the Strictly studio to give her feedback on their routines.’

This year’s Strictly couples took to the dancefloor for the first live show on Saturday, with former England Lioness Karen Carney wowing with a high-energy Jive that left her at the top of the leaderboard with 31 points.Â
Former England rugby captain Chris Robshaw and his partner Nadiya Bychkova kicked off the first live show with a Samba to Unbelievable by EMF. They received a total of 14 points.
Actor Alex Kingston and much-loved pro Johannes Radebe danced the Viennese waltz to Cry Me a River by Michael Bublé and were awarded 21 points.
Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, also known as Nitro from Gladiators, and his partner Karen Hauer added a twist to their Cha Cha Cha to Push It by Salt-N-Pepa. Judges scored the pair 19 points.
Neighbours star Stefan Dennis danced the foxtrot with fellow Aussie Dianne Buswell to Neighbours Theme by Barry Crocker. They scored 22 points.
Dianne showcased her blossoming baby bump after revealing the news she is expecting a baby boy with her boyfriend Joe Sugg.Â

Actor Ellie Goldstein and three-time finalist Vito Coppola were up next with a show-stopping Cha Cha Cha.
They were awarded 17 points for their performance to Yes, And? by Ariana Grande.Â
Emmerdale actor Lewis Cope and Katya Jones lit the room up with their jive to Get Ready by The Temptations.
The pair came joint second on the leader board with an incredible 28 points.Â
ITV’s Ross King gave it his all with a joyful Cha Cha Cha to California Gurls by Katy Perry with his partner Jowita Przystal.
Judges were less impressed with Ross’ performance and scored him a brutal 10 points.Â
YouTube star George Clarke and his new American pro wowed the judges with his American Smooth. Judges scored an amazing 24 points.
Vicky Pattison and her partner Kai Widdrington impressed the judges with their Cha Cha Cha.
They danced to Best of My Love by Ella Eyre and received 23 points.Â
Former footballer Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and his partner Lauren wowed with their Quickstep.Â
Their performance to the Chelsea Dagger by The Fratellis awarded them 27 points.
EastEnders actress Balvinder Sopal and new Strictly professional Julian Caillon gave their all with a Samba to Shake Your Booty by KC & The Sunshine Band. Judges gave 17 points.
La Voix and Aljaž Škorjanec’s American Smooth earned them a solid 24 points.
After a rocky week, Thomas Skinner put on a brave face and performed a Paso Doble with his partner Amy Dowden. Judges scored the pair a low 16.

Amber Davies performed a Waltz after a whirlwind 48 hours saw her drafted in as a last-minute addition to the lineup, after Dani Dyer was forced to pull out following an ankle injury.
Despite little more than a day of training with her professional partner Nikita Kuzmin, Amber earned an impressive 28 points, leaving her in third place on the leaderboard.Â
Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke dubbed Karen Carney and Carlos Gu’s jive the best dance of the night, scoring them an incredible 31 points. Their jive to One Way Or Another by Blondie saw the pair top the leaderboard.Â
This weekend will see all 15 couples dance for the second time, with one pair set to be eliminated as the public vote is opened at the end of Saturday’s Live Show.
