There was no shortage of star power at The Goldie Hawn Foundation’s 20th anniversary of MindUP gala in Los Angeles.
The Academy Award-winning actress played the role of host alongside her longtime partner Kurt Russell at Ron Burkle’s Greenacres Friday in Beverly Hills, California.
The couple, who have been a rock-solid item since 1983, showed off their undeniable chemistry on the red carpet, while decked out in stylish outfit.
Goldie, 78, looked incredible in fitted black and white pants with a matching blazer decked out with sparkly black rhinestones.
Rounding out her look, the Shampoo star threw on some black pumps and styled her signature blonde hair in soft curls.

The event marks mark the 20th anniversary of MindUp – The Goldie Hawn Foundation.
It’s a ‘preventative mental health program [that] has equipped students, educators and families with mental fitness tools that build greater emotional literacy and improve resilience to face challenges with optimism, strength and compassion,’ according to the non-profit’s website.
Hawn also had the support of several other family members, including her daughter Kate Hudson, son Oliver Hudson, his wife Erinn Bartlett, their daughter Rio, 10, and son Bodhi, 13.

The non-profit believes ‘children are our future’, and that ‘it’s time to advocate for their preventative mental health,’ according to the MindUp website.

‘By teaching learners of all ages how to regulate emotions, calm the nervous system, and choose kindness and gratitude daily, we create a more interconnected and compassionate future for all.

The Goldie Hawn Foundation’s ‘goal is to impact as many people as possible with our program—expanding globally to give access to all learners. Together, we’ll create a more compassionate society buoyed by hope and resilience.’
‘Mental health is one of the most important issues of our time. I had a call to action to help our little ones who are suffering debilitating symptoms of depression, anxiety, and in some cases suicide,’ Hawn shares as part of the mission statement.
When she founded MindUP in 2003, the organization came from the point of view that children need to be taught ‘about their brain and how it works’ to give more context to their emotions.
In need of creating helpful tools ‘to self-regulate our high-velocity emotions’, which can often get in the way of decision-making, MIndUP works with ‘some of the best minds in neuroscience, positive psychology and education to address this growing crisis.
‘These are our children, they are our future. It’s time to advocate for preventative mental health programs in every school,’ Hawn declared.
