Young Sheldon star Montana Jackson welcomed his first child with his girlfriend, Jenna Weeks, in May.
They named their newborn daughter Emma Rae Jordan.
On Thursday, the 21-year-old actor gave a People an update on how he feels about being a father at such a young age.
‘It’s been great for me, man. There’s nothing better,’ he told the outlet.
Jordan, who played Georgie Cooper on the popular series, added, ‘She’s 4 months old now and I’ve got two little nieces, a five-year-old niece and a two-year-old niece.
‘So I’ve been around kids and I’ve always loved them, but I can give my nieces back.
‘I can’t give mine back. I’m stuck with her,’ he joked. ‘I’m just kidding. No, but she’s great, man. There’s nothing better than freaking being a dad. There’s nothing better, for sure.’
His new show Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage debuts on October 17.

Just days after his hit CBS sitcom series concluded its seven seasons run with the series finale in May, he shared the exciting news he had a daughter.
‘God has blessed me with a beautiful baby girl,’ he wrote in his caption. ‘Emma Rae Jordan, Momma and Daddy love you. Forever and always.’
On her Instagram Story, the social media personality shared a caption-free photo of their daughter, wearing a pink bow on her head, sleeping in her lap.
Some of his Young Sheldon co-stars congratulated the new parents in the comments section of his post.
Iain Armitage, 16, who plays young Sheldon Cooper, penned a sweet note to his on-screen, older brother Georgie.
‘I can’t wait to meet her!! I’ve always wanted to be an uncle!! So happy for you!! Congratulations.’
Jordan and his girlfriend, who have been dating since 2020, previously announced they were expecting a baby together on January 21 with adorable snaps from a pregnancy shoot with ultrasound images.
On Mother’s Day, Jordan also posted more snaps from their shoot as he shared a gushing tribute to his partner.

The arrival of their newest family member comes shortly after Jordan announced that he will be starring in a Young Sheldon and The Big Bang Theory spinoff series titled Georgie And Mandy’s First Marriage.
In March, CBS announced the new comedy series, starring Montana and Emily Osment, will be replacing Young Sheldon’s time slot in the fall.

Young Sheldon first began airing its debut season in 2017 when Jordan was still age 14 at the time. After seven seasons, the final episode aired on May 16.
Earlier this month, Jordan announced the official title of the spinoff show, which he will be starring in as the story follows Georgie, his wife Mandy and their young family following the events of the finale.
The upcoming spinoff will see the young couple raise baby CeeCee in Texas while navigating the challenges of adulthood, parenting and marriage.
Last Friday, Jordan and Osment revealed to Entertainment Tonight that they were excited to begin production in July.
Georgie and Mandy’s First Marriage will premiere in September and episodes will air on CBS on Thursdays.
