Celebrity chef Pete Evans has found a buyer for his secluded bushland wellness retreat.
The 51-year-old former My Kitchen Rules star and his wife Nicola announced they were putting the lavish spread on the market nine months ago.
Located in rainforest at Byrrill Creek, 62km from Byron Bay, the couple bought the 7.9hectare boutique retreat in 2020 for $1million.
The buyer and the sales price have not been released ahead of Evans signing off on the deal reported The Daily Telegraph on Tuesday.
After hitting the market in January agents announced that the property was available to buyers as a new business.
Other options offered to potential buyers according to the listing included the possibility for the new owner to operate the existing retreat under a lease agreement.
According to the report the business is currently still operating with a retreat worth $1750-a-head scheduled for late September.
Evans, who was banned from social media for his controversial views during the Covid crisis, launched ‘fasting retreats’ at the centre soon after he and his wife bought it four years ago.

Advertised as a sanctuary featuring ‘barefoot luxury’, the original listing did not offer a price guide for the spread which boasts ten bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.
Meanwhile, the average price in the nearby Murwillumbah region is $765,000.
The property features a two-storey dwelling as well as two stand-alone blocks of cabins and facilities.
Situated in the foothills of Mount Warning, the secluded site features spectacular views of the surrounding bushland.
The main house, meanwhile, boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious entertainment deck and a private balcony that leads off the dining room.
Design features include hardwood floors, exposed timber beams and a spacious and airy open plan.
In addition there are seven guest cabins, a freshwater spring, a spa and a large Pilates studio.
There’s also a yoga studio, sauna, spa, ice bath and Japanese tea room.
Another highlight is the in ground magnesium pool.

Evans has assumed a low profile since he was dropped by 15 sponsors in the space of 48 hours in November 2020 after posting a neo-Nazi meme on social media.
Evans has faced a string of controversies over the past few years.
The once popular TV star has attracted scrutiny for speaking out against vaccine mandates and was fined $25,000 for spruiking a light machine which he claimed helped treat Covid symptoms.
In May 2020, it was announced that Pete had parted ways with Channel Seven after 10 years as a judge on My Kitchen Rules alongside Manu Feildel and guest judge Colin Fassnidge.
Free from the contractual constraints of mainstream network television, Evans began spouting beliefs about vaccines and the Covid-19 pandemic on social media.
In July, 2020, Evans sparked outrage when he falsely claimed that Covid-19 was a ‘f**king hoax’ and that the pandemic ‘doesn’t compare to what is happening in the world on a large scale’.
