Love Island star Molly Smith displayed her unbelievably ripped abs in a slew on bikini snaps on Monday.
Taking to Instagram, the fitness fanatic and Love Island All Stars winner, 31, showed off the results of her hard work in the gym.
Relaxing on a sun lounger in a mystery location, Molly was seen wearing a butter yellow two-piece featuring white lace lining and baby blue bows.
The skimpy bikini showed off Molly’s incredibly toned physique and six pack – which she credits to her Move With Molly gym plans.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Molly shared a different bikini snap as she gave fans insight into how she achieves her physique.
‘I always get asked, how do you stay in shape all year round? The truth is @mwmplan,’ she wrote.

‘Even when my schedule is all over the place or I’m travelling, my programs fit around any lifestyle.
‘Whether it’s a full gym session or a quiet one at home, moving my body is always a priority!’
It comes after Molly and her fiancé, Tom Clare, shared their wedding plans this week.
The smitten couple got engaged during their vacation to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, earlier this month.
Now, they shared their plans to tie the knot abroad, revealing they may return to Cape Town, South Africa, for their nuptials – because that is where their love story began – on the 2024 series of ITV2’s Love Island: All Stars, which they won.
Molly who took part in the 2020 series of Love Island, told the new issue of Closer: ‘Tom and I met in Cape Town – we were on the winter All Stars show.
She continued: ‘We were thinking about it as a wedding venue to take us back to where it all started.’
However, if Tom, 26, who starred in the 2023 series of Love Island, and Molly do not say ‘I do’ in the South African capital, it may be in another country.

Molly added: ‘We definitely want to get married abroad, but we’re not sure yet – we need to do a lot more digging.
The reality TV star also shared that her best friend got married abroad this year, and she and Tom just ‘loved the whole vibe’.
On Molly’s season of Love Island, she was in the Mallorca, Spain-based villa with the likes of Paige Turley, 28, Sophie Piper, 26, Jess Gale, 26, Eve Gale, 26, Siannise Fudge, 31, Demi Jones, 27, and Shaughna Phillips, 31.
And her cast members on Love Island: All Stars included Georgia Harrison, 30, Georgia Steel, 27, Liberty Poole, 26, Demi Jones, Kaz Kamwi, 30, and Hannah Elizabeth, 35.
And Molly – who is also good friends with Gabby Allen, 33, who won the 2025 series of Love Island: All Stars – would love her girls to be her bridesmaids.
During the interview, Molly also revealed that Tom has already planned out his stag do and sorted the whole itinerary.
Meanwhile, Molly hinted that she will be having a ‘wild’ hen do as all of her girl friends are ‘good vibes’ and fun to be around.
Molly recently showed off her engagement ring as she posed with Tom in a series of sweet Instagram snaps from their romantic trip to Dubai.
Sharing a glimpse into their lavish holiday, where Tom proposed, the couple looked happier than ever as they soaked up the sun at the beach.
