David Gandy was once again his own best advertisement as he modelled his new range of underwear for his brand.
With 25 years under his belt at the very top of the men’s fashion industry – notably the underwear space – it’s safe to say David knows what makes great boxers.
David, best known for donning budgie smugglers as the face of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue aftershave and Marks and Spencer, is now launching his own range.
The model, 45, who launched David Gandy Wellwear in October 2021, sells a range of products including loungewear, sleepwear and pyjamas – and now underwear.
Revealing the boxers in a new campaign, which he has called The Ultimate Trunk, David showcased his phenomenal form in a pair of white boxers.
Shirtless David also showcased the same pair in black, lounging back as he posed for the camera while modelling the trunks.

Vouching for the brand, David has insisted it is the most ‘flattering design on the market’, as he noted his rivals are ‘logo-driven or uncomfortable’.
David also claimed that wearing the boxers isn’t about looking sexy for other people, despite having the ability to look good in almost anything.
He told customers: ‘This is simply the most flattering design on the market, but it isn’t about being sexy for other people. It’s about how you feel when you put them on.’
It all of his years in the industry, David insisted there is nothing he has ever been bowled over by when it comes to undergarments.
He said: ‘I’ve never had a go-to pair of underwear. I’ve worn every brand you can imagine, but nothing ever wowed me.
The new release costs £45 for a pack of three. Competitively priced to the likes of other retailers including market leading Calvin Klein. A single pair costs £16.
David revealed he has personally road-tested the Ultimate Trunk in every stage of the design and production process to make sure it delivers.

Speaking recently to the Daily Mail’s You Magazine, David revealed how he still looks incredible more than two decades after first entering the modelling industry.
He told how he works out for 45-60 minutes five days a week (he has Technogym equipment in his £8 million home near Richmond Park).
This is usually in the evenings after he and his partner Stephanie Mendoros, a barrister, have put their two young children, Matilda, six, and Tabitha, three, to bed.
He recommends lifting weights for anyone who wants to tone up and get fit.
He said: ‘Do weights, not just cardio. I vary my routine. Muscles are clever. They get used to doing any exercise, so you have to change everything all the time, to shock them into working.’
He watches what he eats and drinks – no processed foods, no fizzy sodas and no beer but ‘enjoys everything else in moderation, including carbs, which you need for muscles, and wine’.
He aims for a massive 4,000 calories a day and lists his diet: ‘Pasta, chillis, baked potatoes, fish, fresh vegetable curries, pad Thai, Thai fish wraps and two protein shakes a day, both with 5g of creatine.
But since I don’t like breakfast, I don’t eat until midday, so I have a 12-hour fast.’ Before a photoshoot he drinks only water and coffee and the odd snack for two days beforehand. ‘Every time I do it I say, ‘Never again!’
