James Packer’s ex-wife Jodhi Meares has listed her newly renovated and heritage-listed 140-year-old Sydney cottage on the market for a jaw-dropping $5million.
The fashion designer, 53, purchased the stunning property, located in the exclusive suburb of Watsons Bay, for $2.75m in 2017.
The exquisite two-storey property was built in the 1880s and features a large dining area, two spacious upstairs bedrooms and an adjoining large bathroom.
It has been extensively renovated and features stylish contemporary architecture adorned with exquisite eggshell paint and a large front and backyard.
The property is perfect for both families and entertaining guests, and features stunning nature views of the scenic surroundings.
It will be heading to auction next month and is expected to be particularly attractive to potential buyers due to its incredible design and desirable location.
Jodhi famously married billionaire James Packer in 1999 before splitting in 2002.
Four years ago, Woman’s Day reported that James still had Jodhi’s number on ‘speed dial’ and ‘called her all the time’ when he needed support.

She was subsequently in a relationship with singer Jon Stevens from 2013 to 2015, and they were even engaged.
Jodhi was then briefly linked to Sydney property developer Michael Reid in May 2019, after she shared a photo of the pair looking cosy on a boat, alongside a telling caption that read: ‘Debut selfie’.
Just two months later, the brunette debuted her relationship with Prison Break actor Dominic Purcell.
The couple dated on-and-off before finally calling it quits in January 2020.
Jodhi is the founder of her own successful fashion brand called The Upside, which she began in 2014.
