She’s been soaking up the sunshine on a girls’ getaway.

And Jennifer Metcalfe set pulses racing once again in a revealing electric blue bikini as she shared another gallery of snaps from her fun break on Tuesday.

The Hollyoaks star – who plays Mercedes McQueen on the E4 soap – flaunted her incredible figure in the colourful two-piece.

In the snaps, Jennifer, 40, and her pals relaxed poolside and indulged in a shisha pipe during their luxury break, with the actress showing off her figure in the eye-catching string bikini.

Referencing her holiday antics, she captioned her post: ‘Feralist in all the land.’

It comes after Jennifer revealed she suffered a terrifying health scare after finding a lump in her breast.

The mum-of-one told her fans on social media that she quickly contacted doctors for an examination but reassured her followers that after having the lump checked out that it’s ‘nothing to worry about.’

Posting a snap at the medical centre where she sought treatment, Jennifer wrote: ‘Found a lump in my boob and @pallmallmedical made sure I was seen to so quickly…all the staff are so lovely.

‘Turns out nothing to worry about but if u [sic] need a fast discreet [sic] appointment I would highly recommend them.’

Hollyoaks is set to undergo a huge revamp in the coming weeks, as the show prepares air a huge one year time jump, as part of plans to cut its weekly number of episodes.

In April it was announced there was to be up to 20 stars axed from the show as it becomes the latest soap to be hit by stringent budget cuts.

However, Jennifer who has been on the soap since 2006, remains in her role and is now the longest-running star on Hollyoaks.

With the changes came the sad news that jobs would be cut, with cast and crew axed. A number of fan favourites have left the soap with Stephanie Waring, Ross Adams and Emma Rigby being some of the big names set to leave the show.

Other departures have seen Owen Warner, Jamelia and Theo Graham all leave in recent months.

The soap has planned a dramatic time jump a year into the future to apparently explain some of the exits, after reports up to 20 characters would be leaving the village.

It was revealed in May that Hollyoaks had become the latest soap to be hit by stringent budget cuts, with show bosses planning to reduce the workforce by 40 per cent.

Its streaming-first approach sees episodes of Hollyoaks put on YouTube a week after they are broadcast on E4 and streamed on its own platform.

The soap, which started in 1995, was moved to its sister channel E4 in a bid to shake-up the schedule in September.

The broadcaster dubbed Hollyoaks as the ‘UK’s first streaming-led soap’, by making episodes available to stream the day before they are broadcast on E4.

The hour-long weekly omnibus episode continues to be broadcast on Channel 4 and available to stream.
