Several Australian A-listers have revealed the reason they skipped the Logies this year.
Media stars such as reality TV host Abbie Chatfield, Jackie O Henderson, and Kyle Sandilands were conspicuously absent from Australian TV’s night of nights.
FBoy Island host Chatfield, 29, previously revealed she was not attending for a shock reason.
‘I’m not going. I don’t want to work for free, too much faff. So much faff! My boyfriend gets home, so I’ll probably have dinner at home,’ she told Yahoo Lifestyle.
On Monday, Abbie also shared a video to Instagram further elaborating on her reasons for not going.
‘I wasn’t f***ing nominated so why would I go?’ she said in the expletive-laden rant.
Meanwhile, Jackie O Henderson, 49, and Kyle Sandilands, 53, reacted to Chatfield’s comments on Monday’s Kyle & Jackie O Show.
After playing the recording of FBoy Island host’s tirade, Kyle asked Jackie why she didn’t go.

‘I just didn’t feel like going, it was as simple as that. I really really enjoyed it and had a great time last year,’ she told her co-host, who also did not attend the ceremony.
After attending last year’s Logies, Jackie confessed she went straight from the after-party to work at the breakfast program.
In a video shared to social media at the time, the radio star told her followers she had ‘pulled an all-nighter.’

Kyle shared Jackie’s reluctance to attend the awards show, but for a very different reason.
‘I just can’t be bothered,’ he revealed on Monday’s show after pulling out of presenting at last year’s ceremony to stay home and care for his young son.
Kyle also revealed that Sam Pang replaced him with Dave Hughes as a form of revenge.

Event host Sam Pang, 50, took a cheeky dig at Somers’ joking comments at last year’s ceremony, in which he said nominees could participate in an ‘auction’ for a Logie award.

‘Australian television royalty Daryl Somers who playfully attempted to auction off the Gold statue to the seven nominees,’ Sam began.
‘Now, we won’t be doing that again this year… simply because last year it started as a live auction but finished as a silent auction.’
Elsewhere, several Married At First Sight stars were said to be ‘devastated’ they didn’t receive an invitation to the exclusive red carpet event.
This year’s extraordinary ceremony saw Channel Seven’s presenter Larry Emdur take home the coveted Gold Logie for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television.
Taking the stage at the Logies ceremony in Sydney, The Morning Show host had the crowd roaring, making light of the number of times his programs have been axed over the years and his wide range of questionable hosting gigs.
Meanwhile, New Zealand actress Rebecca Gibney won the TV Week Hall of Fame Award in a milestone achievement.
