Reflecting on her journey since she was evicted from the famous house, Makosi opened up on ‘messy’ and ‘magical’ moments since.
Sharing a selection of videos from the gym, she donned a blue matching workout set as she worked up a sweat.
Makosi penned: ‘The past is not a prison—it’s a classroom.
‘Two decades ago, I stepped onto a stage that changed my life. Some moments were messy. Some magical. But every single one? A note in my transformation.
‘I don’t erase my past. I study it. I lift from it. I coach through it.
‘Because mistakes don’t define you—meaning does.
‘Change your memories by changing what they mean.

Makosi was flooded with supportive comments by her loyal fans, with one writing: ‘You’re forever iconic.’

During Makosi’s time in the Big Brother house she caused a stir when she romped with series winner Anthony Hutton and later demanded a pregnancy test.
The then-housemate insisted she was almost sure she was pregnant, however it turned out not to be the case.
After leaving the house, Makosi claimed she’d had sex with Anthony but he insisted this was not true.
Makosi came in third place in the sixth series of Big Brother but she encountered visa difficulties after she left the house as she was only allowed to live in the UK as long as she was working for the NHS.
She returned to England in 2010 to appear on Ultimate Big Brother before the show moved to Channel 5, being evicted by the public on day 11.
In 2012 she was reportedly deported to Nigeria and banned from Britain after attempting to enter the country using a relative’s passport.

‘The Makosi who went on Big Brother was a free bird. I look at her today and I’m proud she did that for herself. I get teary when I think about it.’
She added: ‘It just makes me chuckle – it makes me laugh… I look at that 25-year-old Makosi and I think it was ingenious.
‘I’d probably have a different game plan today, but that’s what worked… My game plan took me right to the end.’
