Where are the Logies being held?
The 2024 Logie Awards will be held in Sydney this year.
Last year marked the first time the annual awards show had been held in the Harbour City for 37 years.
- At 7pm AEST in ACT, NSW, Queensland, Tasmania and Victoria.
- At 7.30pm AEST in the Northern Territory and South Australia.
- At 6pm AWST in Western Australia.
The Logies will be streamed on Channel Seven and also on 7Plus.
Comedian Sam Pang will return will host the awards after he was hailed as one of the best Logies hosts in ages following his debut in 2023.
His blistering gags during the Logies included high profile targets such as ChannelĀ Stefanovic and Koch.
‘Hosting the Logies last year was an amazing experience and I’m thrilled to return in 2024,’ Sam said in a statement in June.
Who is up for the Gold Logie this year?
Andy Lee, Asher Keddie, Julia Morris, Larry Emdur, Robert Irwin, Sonia Kruger, and Tony Armstrong will be vying for the Gold Logie for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television.
Sonia Kruger, who won the Gold Logie in 2023, is the only previous winner.
How do you vote in the Logies?
Voting closed for most categories at 7pm AEST on Saturday, August 17.
However, voting for some categories will be open until the event starts.
