She said heavy weights and cardio is the key mix to maintain her fit and healthy figure.
‘I like to lift heavy weights. But then cardio – I love running,’ she explained. ‘So whether it be on the treadmill, or at the beach up on the coast, it’s so important for me, not just physically, but mentally.’
