Nev Schulman is back home with his family after surviving a serious motorcycle accident days ago that left him with a broken neck.
The 39-year-old Catfish host collided with a truck last week while he was en route to pick up his two-year-old son Cy from school.
The media personality shares Cy as well as Cleo, seven, and Beau, five, with wife Laura Perlongo.
On Sunday Perlongo used Instagram to share an update on her husband’s condition with her 268,000 followers.
Posting an adorable video of Cleo comforting her dad as he rested in bed with a brace around his neck, the mother-of-three wrote, ‘He’s home,’ with a teary-eye and red heart emoji.

In one part of the clip, Cleo helped her father by adjusting a pillow for him as her mom recorded through a door that was left ajar.
Another snippet showed the tot delivering a handmade card to Schulman as she sang the 1997 song Tubthumping by Chumbawamba.
Encouraging her dad’s recovery, she recited the lyrics: ‘I get knocked down / but I get up again / You’re never gonna keep me down.’
On Monday, August 5, Nev was rushed to the ICU after snapping two nerves that control his muscles — an injury that can leave the patient paralyzed.
However, Schulman assured fans that he is is ‘projected to make a full recovery’ in an Instagram post shared on Saturday, August 10.
He posted several videos of himself wearing a neck brace in the hospital, including one of him rising slowly from his bed with the help of two staffers.
The MTV personality wrote in a lengthy caption, ‘I broke my neck. C5 and C6 to be exact. Stable fractures. I’m not paralyzed. My hands were a question mark there for a minute but the human body is incredible and so are HUMANS.’
He also stressed to his nearly two million followers that ‘life can change in an instant.’

In his carousel post, he shared a close-up image of a gruesome gash along the back of his neck.
He also posted X-rays showing the extent of the internal damage the accident caused, and the recovery he’s already made.
Schulman added heartwarming pictures and video of his family rallying around him and comforting him in the hospital.
In one photo, wife Laura cuddled next to him in his bed as they both smiled.

He added in his caption: ‘The incredible knowledge and care from everyone in the medical community has been so remarkable.
‘Starting with the EMS and on to the Southampton Emergency Room and the Stony Brook ICU. It’s hard to feel sorry for myself when I hear from the doctors about how many people with similar injuries will never walk again.’
Schulman added: ‘I’m lucky to be here, alive, standing and hugging my family, projected to make a full recovery.
‘And I’m really starting to understand the meaning of gratitude. For the big and little things before the accident, and now everything moving forward.’
