Rachel Lindsay’s divorce from Bryan Abasolo is continuing to get ugly.
After a judge ordered Lindsay, 39, to pay Abasolo, 44, two payments a month in spousal support totaling $13,257, he claims she called him a ‘leech’ in the first payment’s note.
He provided a screenshot of the text message reading ‘BofA: Glender Ruth LLC sent you $6,628.50 for “Temp Leech Money,”‘ according to court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly.
‘From day one, I have been committed to working cooperatively with Rachel and her professionals to amicably resolve this case, but Rachel continues to obstruct the process while spinning false narrative about her “cooperation” to the court,’ said Abasolo in the filing.
‘She continues to instigate confrontation, just as she did prior to my filing for divorce,’ he added.

Abasolo’s filing asked for access to $35,000 of community property funds to help pay his legal fees, as he owes his attorneys over $62,000.
Additionally, he asked Lindsay to be sanctioned for $5,000 over the ‘highly offensive text.’
The chiropractor said, ‘For six months, my attorneys have been asking Rachel for a reasonable contribution to my attorney’s fees and costs so that I can level the playing field, but she abjectly refuses.
‘I am not able to use my forensic accountant, Anna Leh, because she will not work without being paid.’
He added, ‘Rachel believes she has an exclusive right to access our community property funds to pay for her professionals. Rachel also believes our community property home is all hers.’
Abasolo also claimed Lindsay ‘changed the locks’ on him when he tried to retrieve his belongings from their marital home.
Additionally, he accused her of contacting TMZ to take photos of him moving his stuff out.
Abasolo filed for divorce from Lindsay back in January, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ and asking for spousal support.

Although she claimed he overexaggerated her ‘glamorous’ lifestyle, Lindsay offered to pay her estranged husband $9,882 a month.
In response, Abasolo requested $16,275, after which the judge settled on $13,257.
Lindsay and Abasolo got engaged on the season 13 finale of The Bachelorette in 2017, when she chose him over Peter Kraus.
The pair got married in Mexico in August 2019.
