The P.E Nation founder shared the insight with website Beauticate, listing over $690 worth of products that bring her peace and calm.
The 44-year-old always has Chakra 3 Balancing Pure-Fume Mist from Aveda on hand to ‘rebalance her chakras’ with a quick spray if she needs a change of energy.
Pip also relies on music, saying it’s ‘really powerful to bring you back to your own space’.
She turns on Spotify’s Radio function for a mix of her favourite tracks, with a year long subscription costing around $168.
Pip also always has a tube of Elizabeth Arden Eight-Hour Cream, $33, a classic skin protectant, which she says she puts all over her face to rehydrate as she finds she is ‘always dehydrated’.
The socialite carries a bottle of Tom Ford’s Ombre Leather perfume, $250, a heady unisex fragrance.
‘I’m very sensory, and when I put this on, I know it’s my smell. And I feel me’ she said.

Pip carries a MAC Strobe Cream $70, because she loves to be ‘illuminated and highlighted, just to brighten up the day’.
The blonde has Gentle Habits incense burning in her office 24-7′ and uses the brand’s Glass Vessel Incense Holder in amber.
She showed two boxes of the brand’s incense, including the Byron Bay scent, valued at $45 each, stating she loves it because she’d always rather be in Bryon.
The designer says she also burns sage sticks when she needs to clear her space of negative energy, valued at around $12 each.

‘It’s because I am so intuitively open, I don’t need to take on other people’s stuff’ she said of warding off bad vibes, including after business meetings.

‘It’s like old school. I’ve been wearing this since my twenties,’ she explained.

Her favourite mascara comes from the modestly priced supermarket brand Maybelline, $12.99.
Pip also carries a Nars highlighter, $46, a MAC contour palette, $86, and jer MAC Strobe Cream to use as a highlighter, which she says, ‘this is what keeps you looking alive.’
Likewise in her bag is a kohl eyeliner, around $32, a Summer Fridays lip gloss, $40, Rimmel liquid liner, $16, and two tubs of Paw Paw salve, $8.99 each.
The designer added that she normally has nuts in her bag, as well as ginger lollies.
